I'm using this one and really like it so far. I was originally worried that the polyurethane would be plasticky and cheap, but it feels more robust than I originally expected.

Be aware though, it's not as black as the Amazon picture. At the right angle, it's a chocolate color. I'm pleased with it though.

I've had it for 11 months now and wear it everyday, including my shifts in a restaurant, exposing it to high and extreme low temperatures, prolonged periods of water exposure, oil and grease, and it's held up amazing. Just a quick spray and a cleaning with a toothpick every once and a while and its good as new basically. Will upload pictures in a minute.

Exactly what 720slowscope said. However, you can get a NATO band without the mid section which covers the sensor.

I got this band for work, I am a personal trainer and I needed something light and possible water resistant. It is a polyurethane band (has a rubber / hard plastic feel to it) You can find it on Amazon here for about $35
