I use EarPeace earplugs. The sound is still clear and loud, just not damaging. They also come with 3 different inserts for different levels of quietness. Also come in handy for your hotel room/camp afterwards if you have some snorers in your group.
These are good and not that expensive. I use them all the time

I have etymotic ones. Bought 2 pair on Amazon for like $18. Have used them for multiple fests, multiple years now. No more ear pain after fests.
