I had to look up a vapcap, seems pretty cool. The lighter depends on price point, from $15 to $35+. It seems like the type of lighter you are after are cigar lighters, because they cover a large surface area and put out a lot of heat. Vector is a good brand that offers low to mid range. Vector make decent quality lighters IMO.

The collection is called Tree of Life so I guess it's related heh. There's this brass one, and an antique silver one, but the silver one is decorated all over the case, basically like an armor zippo.

Uses lighter fluid, doesn't leak and doesn't let fluid evaporate.
Maratac brand seems to have the most varieties, made with different material from stainless steel, copper, aluminum, brass and different sizes, They look more well made than most chinese-copies and are within your budget.

You can find a really cheap one on Ebay, chinese-made, chrome-plated. They work just fine but the finishing will wear off if you carry it in your pocket.

Originally they came from WWI era (you know, trench warfare... trench lighter? Get it?). It's probably a reproduction though.
It's still cool though. it uses fuel and flints like a Zippo.
The thunderbird insert works well for me, though reviews suggest an older version of it was slightly better. Plus, it's relatively cheap.
