Now I'm imagining a book titled "PHP: The Good Parts". (Kind of like "Javascript: The Good Parts".) Only, it's less of a book and more of a pamphlet.

could be worse. At least I never bought a book on perl6, but that book was the second edition, appeared ten years ago, and perl on my machine is version 5.20.
