I do, as I work with the public and my appearance does matter to a certain extent in my field. If my rash is obvious, I use LRP Rosaliac as a makeup primer as it is calming and slightly tinted green to offset the redness. I then tend to go with an asian BB cushion that feels very light but provides good coverage. I use this one for oily skin. I find even bb creams and mineral makeup a bit heavy when my skin is suffering, so bb cushions have been my best option to late.

To piggy back on the idea of wearing a face mask, these were also a good tool to have when I was traveling when I was immunocompromised:
https://www.amazon.com/First-Defense-Nasal-Screens-7-Sets/dp/B004KQF9QA (They have different sizes for different sized faces- my husband accidentally bought the larges and they were comically large on my face)

They're more discrete than face masks and it was something to help filter the recirculated air in the plane without feeling so self conscious :)

I’m not sure if this is helpful to you, but if you find yourself in the market for a second weighted blanket, I’ve provided the link. It is super affordable at just $49 and had a 4.5 star rating.

They have come a long way since the plastic covers, thank god. I don't remember exactly what I have, but it's like this. As far as the towels, I don't go to sleep on one, I just lay one down and sleep on it after the first time I get up sweating.

I didn't really have any symptoms other than retaining water until I hit 15% kidney function. I think the main thing that has helped is maintaining a decent diet. There are a few books I've read as well that helped me set up a plan that works for me because everyone's body is different. Coping with Kidney Disease: A 12-Step Treatment Program to Help You Avoid Dialysis The biggest thing has been the fatigue and shortness of breath but my doctor tells me after I start dialysis it should get better.

My dermatologist recommended the CLn line for me to help with folliculitis on the scalp. It also helps with eczema and ingrown hairs. They have a full line of shampoos, soaps, and products. Has tremendously helped me!

I use this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ultrasun-Extreme-Formula-Once-100ml/dp/B0026M7SM8

I’ve found it absorbs quickly and I love that on my body I can use it in the morning and not have to regularly top it up (on normal out and about days, if I was at the beach or something I would). I do sometimes reapply to my face as I am a face toucher and it’s where I get my rash the most. I can also use it on my son who reacts to all normal suncream too.

I hide from all cold like a total freak and tell everyone that I am "allergic to cold". But seriously...

I have a heated blanket in my bed.
I keep gloves in every jacket that I own just in case.
I buy hand and feet warmers (http://www.amazon.com/HotHands-Hand-Warmers-Pair-Value/dp/B00D7H9LIA/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1414044114&sr=8-1&keywords=hand+warmers) and stash them everywhere.
I wear sheepskin booties when I'm in the house.
I wear UGGS (I hate the way they look, but they keep my feet warm).
Lots of hats and scarves.
I have a little heater on my desk at work.

I tried nifedipine, but I hate it. I have also tried viagra, but it gave me huge headaches.

Basically, I do my best to bundle myself up all the time even in summer.

Hot baths! Also, if you have Raynaud's, this is amazing. I use it every night in winter: http://www.amazon.com/Bilt-Rite-Mastex-Health-Heated-Booties/dp/B00KH6QHCM/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1453357759&sr=8-2&keywords=heated+booties

Always wear with socks on, if you get them though, they get very warm.

Wow that’s a lot of words. I keep a box around of these or something similar on hand. Especially when my face gets red and puffy.

Check for Lightning Deals and compare the photos. Often there are many distributors of the same product.

I've seen 3 different dermatologists, all of whom coincidentally recommended CeraVe cream. My skin has never looked so healthy.

Here it is on Amazon. You can also find it at CVS.

My ENT said I probably had some allergy, but we never tried to figure out what I was allergic to.

After the surgery, he put me on a nasal spray that I used daily. The prescription expired and I looked at what’s in the spray and it turns out it’s basically a combination of Flonase and Claritin. So I have been ordering those from Amazon and taking those daily.

Maybe if you do the same, it might be good for you. I’m not a doctor, so it’s only a suggestion. The two are over the counter, and either I’m used to them or they have no noticeable side effects.

The claritin https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074F18H5N/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The Flonase https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01H40O42I/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It’s basically $35 US for 6 months supply.

Here’s a link. They’re thermal under garments. The ones in the link are also compression, so that helps with the cold.
