Another good one is Lonpos. A packing puzzle with over 100 different challenges, it's a bargain for only $8.
I never got into the burrs puzzles. I received a few as gifts, but after 2 of them, they all seemed so similar. I think I go for aesthetics in puzzles as they make good conversation pieces if left out when company comes over.
The wooden puzzles I have gotten into lately are the animals in a cage. My most recent one was simply named Owl in a cage. There are a bunch of similar themed ones at my local store, this link seems to show some of them.
I bought a very nice heavy wooden watch case for my hanayama puzzles. Something along those lines is nice; search amazon for watch cases or other storage things that also have a quality and display qualities to it.

I'm embarrassed to say I used the wrong name, this is the CLAW puzzle not the CRAB puzzle (which doesn't exist).
You can buy it (and see it) on Amazon or in a variety of stores, I know these puzzles are sold at Target and Wal-Mart (among other retailers).
