I was taught that the inherent vowel is the defining feature of an abuguida ; Daniels & Bright, for example, also use this definition. OP's system which indicates vowels with diacritics, would probably be an alphasyllabary. but there are other linguists who reject the distinction between abuguida and alphasyllabary, using them as synonyms. they would consider this an abuguida. so you get to decide which definition to use.

regardless, I'd like to see more of this ! the 'stretched' diacritics are an interesting concept : I wonder.... since superficially, vowels do have full-size variants, if one mightn't consider those the primary forms and analyse this as a non-linear alphabet kinda like hangul instead ?? (probably not ≧∇≦ but OP's made a creative design choice and it's interesting to think about)
