I replaced:

  1. driver and passenger side valve cover gaskets

  2. driver side valve cover (FINDAUTO Valve Cover 13264-EA210... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Y1Q3C5Z?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share ) (because I broke my original one trying to replace spark plug hole seals)....I recommend replacing both valve covers because those center seals are probably cooked if you’re anywhere near 100k+ miles—and they’re non-serviceable on the frontier’s cheesy plastic valve covers.

  3. all 1-6 spark plugs (check that your ignition coils are also good while you have them out.)

  4. Air plenum and throttle body gaskets (you can get them both as a kit) Vincos Upper Intake/Plenum Gasket... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PKQBLM1?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

  5. Air filter: Bosch Workshop Air Filter 5486WS... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00VC1Q0Q4?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

  6. Engine air cleaner intake duct (mine were cracked): Engine Air Cleaner Intake Duct... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07K7V2ZX6?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

  7. Pcv Tube (I might be misnomering this part)— (breather tube between the two valve covers. Mine was completely dry rotted) Part No.: 11826-EA200 nissanpartsdeal.com

  8. Two intake valve timing control gaskets (p/n 23797-ZA000 nissanpartsdeal.com)—mine were cashed and you have to take the air Plenum off to replace the passenger side one, so you might as well do it while your Plenum is off. You have to remove these valve control modules to remove the valve covers anyway, so replacing their gaskets is a no-brainer.

  9. My next project is to replace my oil cooler gasket:

MAHLE Original B32573 Engine Oil... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0184JRWN6?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

    Mine is pissing oil.

I also replaced my number 3 ignition coil. Mine was bad. A mechanic did that one for me. It’s a pisser. 🤦🏻‍♂️

If you need a good low-force torque wrench, I recommend this: TEKTON TRQ21101 1/4-Inch Drive... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M12284X?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

It’s only 1/4” drive, but it works very well. High quality.

I just installed the Atoto A6 Pro. It is an Android head unit that will easily connect to the bluetooth OBDII scanner and came with Torque Pro pre-installed. It doesn't have Android Auto or Apple Carplay built in, but there is an adapter that just plugs into a USB port on the head unit to provide this connection. Without the adapter, the head unit is essentially an Android tablet. Sometimes I use Android Auto, and sometimes I just use my phone as a hotspot to allow the head unit to connect to the internet on its own.

That adapter is currently unavailable on Amazon, but there are other adapters on there, like this one.

Auto Vent Shade. Got them on Amazon. Super easy install. Auto Ventshade 94407 Original... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000CNJNWG?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

From the firestone website and this is the one I got from the Summit racing website. Delivery to Canada was made easy by using a fowarding business service. There’s also some listings on Amazon

Also, here are some alternatives if you don’t want to deal with compressed air

Hope you find something to suit your needs!

I recently bought these for my 2016 SV crew cab. I personally wanted a leather look without really having to pay too much. The fit in the front is surprisingly very snug but in the back it’s not so great since it’s an all in one piece and we have the double under seat compartments (and I use that a lot). Overall I’m happy with just having them in the front and the price I paid.

Yea I think those are old reviews, I saw them too. Idk if they changed or updated their products, but if you make sure it fits specifically for our trucks it works. I think it says in the title “for Nissan Frontier”

Edit:
This is the exact one I have. Price went up I guess or I got it on sale?
https://www.amazon.com/Tyger-Auto-TG-BC3N1029-2005-2019-Utili-track/dp/B00L32LJLS/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1542992558&sr=1-2&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&vehicle=2005-67-883-1375-121-32-6--7856-2190-8-1--227-1-0&dpPl=1&dpID=51YWwDE%2BKiL&ref=plSrch

If you read under special features is says hardware for utilitrack included.

This is a pretty good youtube video showing how to do everything.

I refused to pay the price for Nissan OEM replacement ignition coil packs so I got these generic ones off Amazon because they were reviewed well. They all worked and have held up for 20k miles so far. I bought OEM spark plugs at the local auto parts store.

The only other thing I bought was replacement intake manifold gaskets which was recommended when the intake manifold is removed.

I didn't replace the PCV valve but did remove it and squirted brake cleaner into it before putting it back in.

If you want the OEM radio, search ebay for PP-2449V. My quick search shows them for $40.00 and under.

Or if you want to use another head unit, just get a stereo dash kit and install pretty much any other single or double DIN of your liking.

Example on Amazon. NOT an affiliate link.

Yes sir!

TAC 3" Bull Bar Fit 2005-2019 Nissan Frontier / 2005-2015 Nissan Xterra / 2005-2007 Nissan Pathfinder Black Front Bumper Grille Guard Brush Guard (Tow Hooks Must be Removed) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00L3WOXXE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_81S5CbBS0A4D3

For the price it’s outstanding, I’m using it to cover up some front bumper damage until I get a tubular one.

I put all weather floor mats in... They aren't WeatherTech but I'm happy with them. Amazon Link

I went with the Truxedo Trucksport since it attaches above the utilitrack rather than on it, which has the benefit of still allowing full use of the track. $278 right now. Install is totally DIY’able but follow the instructions closely. It’s water tight and easy to roll up/unroll.

This one fits perfectly in the little cutout on the dash, and it fits my iPhone 7 in the bulky Otterbox case.
