Consider downloading a video that features the missionary position (rare in these early days since it's hard to film). For example, there's the excellent VirtualRealPorn episode called "Good Morning III." https://virtualrealporn.com/video/good-morning-iii/

I bet VR and doll sex are going to become so satisfactory that you're going to see reductions in STDs and acts of adultery.
Hopefully, it won't also reduce intimacy between two committed partners, however. My recommendation: only engage in these virtual experiences when your significant other is out of town.

What else is good to get?

From what i know, the best type of headphones for binaural audio are open-type ones, closed types have almost zero soundstage which is supposedly a crucial factor for that immersive binaural 3d audio effect. Also when buying headphones specifically for VR, you also have to look for decent comfort and a good stability (they stay on your head).

Open-type headphones with little to no noise isolation are actually quite a must for me personally, since i love playing some low volume hot sexy music from the outside source while watching the videos, and i also love to hear myself talk while in VR (makes it even more immersive when you are able to "communicate" with a girl IMO).

Something like this would be a decent pick, these are superb for the price...

You shouldn't market it for porn. The market isn't that big and there's a stigma associated with it. Market it as focused towards movies and 3D video over games and let positive word of mouth in the porn community do the rest.

The go is very front heavy with only a soft strap for support. So go for better comfort and ergonomics with a rigid headband and rear cradle support at the minimum. There's even higher end google cardboard headsets with the Playstation VR type forehead support. Battery life is also important and I've seen plenty of people mod there Go with a small powerbank on the back. The point is people care about weight on the front, not so much weight on the back if it is well distributed.

If you're doing integrated audio use earbuds instead of the open headphones that rest on your ears or god forbid the oculus go type.

If you can't do two screens for IPD adjustment make sure there's at least some kind of software adjustment. Some stasyq vids don't work well with the Go right now and there's nothing I can do without better vr players.

Also maybe add some kind of privacy feature like password protection. They're all android based so it can't be too hard to add some gesture based swipe lock.

I have one of these. but I will admit that its probably over kill for most peoples needs https://www.amazon.com/NETGEAR-Nighthawk-Tri-band-Ethernet-Compatible/dp/B072LZZZXB/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1538427445&sr=8-1&keywords=Nighthawk+X6S+Tri-Band+AC4000

One of these would probably work as well for most people for quite a bit less: https://www.amazon.com/Linksys-Max-Stream-Tri-band-Wireless-EA8300/dp/B06X9CPC45/ref=pd_sbs_147_8?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B06X9CPC45&pd_rd_r=9f795cda-c5ba-11e8-9a2e-4fdf5cd00c25&pd_rd_w=XhO8n&pd_rd_wg=30Jc0&pf_rd_i=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_p=0bb14103-7f67-4c21-9b0b-31f42dc047e7&pf_rd_r=TM9GR2S3BD9DM9YBKRA2&pf_rd_s=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_t=40701&psc=1&refRID=TM9GR2S3BD9DM9YBKRA2

But I cant really speak on how easy either is for normal people to setup, as I do an IT job for a living, and setup far more complex enterprise grade kit on a regular bases.

So you might want to find some reviews first that talk about setting them up to make sure it would be something you would be happy doing.

Sounds like you're looking for a wireless media drive. This could do the trick.

It essentially creates it's own WiFi signal which you can connect your phone to and access the files on it. It has an SD card slot too to increase storage capacity if you need.

Hopefully this or one of the other suggestions are helpful.

> always seems a bit ice cold to the touch

Huh, never thought about that. I guess silicon is kind of a heatsink huh?

Have you thought about trying something like electric heating blanket? It might help you ramp up the temp without risk of damage as well as hold it to temp.

Watch this guy's video(s)

$632 on amazon for the pair and he sells a custom mount for it I think.

Sample 180° 3DVR video from him:

I don't really know anything, but he makes it seem easy. Not sure how well it would work for POV but the videos look better than quite a few of the studios out there that have weird scale and warping problems.
There could be much better stuff out there, I really have no idea about the stuff.

Btw, you could consider doing some still-shot VR videos like this channel does for cosplay in VR

I was going to get something like this if it will be able to get the job done. What do you think? Sorry for all of these questions. I am not that educated in this field. Tried to do some research but still quite confuse. Would appreciate if you clear it all up for me.

u/wackyphill · 1 pointr/oculusnsfw

Not sure if that's legal or not. I wouldn't get a flash drive. Instead something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Seagate-Expansion-Desktop-External-STEB8000100/dp/B01HAPGEIE/ref=pd_bxgy_147_img_2?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B01HAPGEIE&pd_rd_r=BCM4VNKDVAERJZQ11BK8&pd_rd_w=5B6Lg&pd_rd_wg=quqkJ&psc=1&refRID=BCM4VNKDVAERJZQ11BK8

But if you're plan is to keep the videos online you might be better off just accessing the site again when you want them.

Give me a few days and I'll let you know. So far, though, it's pretty good. I bought these and have no complaints. Obviously not perfect but it has convinced me I want to upgrade when Oculus pricing comes down

Edit: I haven't tried the remote yet. Using BT mouse instead.

u/Charizord · 3 pointsr/oculusnsfw

you'd need to download a vr video player. several are on the various apps stores. These will automatically split 2d movies into 2 screens for viewing (not with 3d depth though) and will detect proper 3d sbs videos (and display them correctly).

You then need to find a cardboard player. anything from this to this. Just insert the phone and off you go.

GearVR and daydream are just really nice and polished cardboard players.

I realize this is a silly workaround, but if you don't want to get another new credit card (can't blame you) and your bank doesn't have a non-AMEX debit card (which is unusual, tbh)...

Get a reloadable pre-paid visa.

This also gives you a level of security, since if anyone steals your number they can only take what's on the card. Also a level of privacy.
