RLS lasts the longest for me out of all the withdrawal symptoms. The last time I got clean I relapsed at exactly 15 days. I relapsed in part because I was still dealing with the RLS and just wanted one good night of sleep. That was November 2018 and here I am still using, ha. During those 15 days that I was clean I never felt any relief with the RLS unless I took a comfort med (such as Xanax) to help.

Hopefully you get some relief soon! You already have some great suggestions for what can help. One random thing I found to help with RLS is to get a massager. Not the hand-held ones, but one that sits on your shoulders and uses "balls" to knead (this is the one I have). I lay it across my bed then prop my legs up on top. It makes a HUGE difference and usually gives me enough relief that I can fall asleep. You can also use something like this that costs a lot less and is still effective.

This company "medtronic" makes the best ones ... they seem to start at around $150. The cheaper brands are completely useless as far as the lock goes .. they are $60 on amazon but the lock is just a screw that turns back and forth and so you can open it with a screwdriver. The medtronic ones use a real key ... the cylinder type keys and are pretty secure. It is just plastic, but it's $150 worth of plastic that you really don't want to break ;)

The next step up seems to be not much more secure (or even less secure according to the reviews), but with fancy features like text messages and what-not if you miss a dose ... though holy-geeze are they expensive ... so I have no personal experience with them ;)

The seem to run around $800!! They seem more targeted towards institutional use, like in old-folk's homes ... or with those that require care-givers and that level of support. Though some of the features seem pretty neat ... like one of them lets you press a button to get your dose a little early.

Some of them look like a complete rip-off though too ... like basically just a stronger locking mechanism surrounding the $30 one for $300!

Other supplements recommended by a friend I trust:

For the cold/hot flashes.. sweats and gooseflesh, find some Black Cohosh. It may be sold as an OTC menopause medication ... it's not just for women!! Black cohosh has been found to bind to the mu opiate receptors... but not enough to get you high as it's a partial agonist. It binds just enough to regulate your body's "climate control"
For anxiety and stress you could try Kava Kava. This is sold as a tea (Yogi Stress Relief) or a tincture. Either works.. the tea tastes better and the tincture works faster and better in my opinion.

Another great supplement to take would be L-theanine. L-Theanine reduces glutamate, which is the main excitatory neurotransmitter in the brain. This blocking of glutemate and the increase of GABA, helps to ease the anxiety and stress response. L-Theanine also increases the amount of dopamine and serotonin in the brain. There are many studies you can read which support the use of L-theanine as a sleep/stress relief aid. You can find it in any store in the vitamin area... or.. you could drink several cups of black tea.

Fistly, you need to secure your medications so your family cannot get to them!

If you don't have one already invest in a safe. I particularly like this one by Honeywell. Bonus points if you can mount it to the floor so your family can't pick it up and run off with it.

It's cheap and there's no breaking into it, trust me, I've tried in the past when I had it for my meds and my ex-boyfriend had the key.

Next, keep the key to yourself. My best advice for hiding it is find a big item that never moves in the house like bookcase. Tape the keys to the wall behind the bookcase if you have to. It's probably the best hiding spot for them. Or better yet leave the keys at a friends house.

Secondly, In addition to the actual safe or in lieu of it get a diverson safe.

After that's all squared away, go ahead and talk to your doctor. If you're already taking half your script, tell him to put you on a taper plan. You don't even have to mention that your family is taking half of your script. Just say, "I wanna get down to {Xdose you're really used to} and would like your help in doing so."

Finally, tell your family that your doctor is going to cut you off and you're starting a taper and therefore have no medication to spare.

That's the first milestone. After you've stopped your mother from bleeding you for your medication, and stabilize the situation, then you can begin to think about getting off the drugs entirely.

6. Buy two soda can and cut the bottoms off about an inch from the bottom, cut evenly. She can cook her dope up without using someone else's can/spoon/etc. (spreads HIV/Hep C/Hep B). (PM me your region...depending on her type of dope she may not or should not be heating it up.)
   
7. Tell her if it tests positive for fentanyl, and she's too poor to consider just throwing it away, She should mix up all the dope she bought in one mix, using the same amount of water she injects her bag/dose that she normally does (yes multiple normal doses), POP OFF the needle part of the syringe, and draw up a 0.5ml dose (half as much liquid as normal, half the dose of normal) and squirt a tiny bit up her nose, just a little bit at a time and not all at once, maybe a little squirt every 5-10min ( 30-45min is best but let's be real junkies won't wait). From there she can figure out the potency. If she mixed up say 5 normal doses in one big batch all together and let's say the dope is 80% as strong as her normal dose get her high/well she now knows the other 4 doses are exactly the same strength. Fentanyl mixed in dry powder is SO dangerous.
   
8. Please PM me your general region (nothing more than say your state is needed) and/or country so I can give advice to pass on (whether she should heat up her dope or not, etc.) As well as direct you to other phone numbers to help her.
   
   This stuff will keep her alive MUCH longer, giving her longer to have a chance to get help. It will reduce her chance of IV damage by 99%, reduce chance of Hepatitis C/HIV by almost 100%, and she's less likely to OD.
   
   This should be the ONLY support you give her besides an offer for a free ride and paid for methadone program (if she passes her future drug tests), and don't you dare give her too much equipment all at once or she might be dumb enough to try to resell it. Maybe give her say 10 sets of each (alcohol pad, filter, fentanyl test strip) and maybe a few extra stringes (15-20?). Then wait and see how long until she comes back for more. Eventually you can figure out a spot to stash each "set" near the house but outside in something that won't damage it, assuming you don't want her seeing you or the kid.
   
   Tell her that every time she comes back, either you'll personally exchange it or she'll know where you put the new set outside the house, that she NEEDS to put all her used needles WITH THE CAP ON ALWAYS, the used filters, and the used fentanyl strips and anything else all in the red sharps container, and to take the new/empty container with all the new stuff with her. TELL HER if a single syringe or anything in these kites except the alcohol swabs are missing or the count is short, you will either start giving her less or cut her right off. That way she doesn't just sell this stuff hopefully. (Don't actually count that crap or even touch it; you should just dump it all into massive empty cardboard box inside another cardboard box, and keep it out of reach of your child. Eventually when it's too full, close the flaps and tape up the box inside a box and trash it).
   
   Apart from offering her a free ride to a methadone clinic and offering to pay for her methadone as long as she never fails a drug test after getting in the program(seriously never offer to pay for this more than the first time she fucks it up), give her absolutely nothing apart from maybe a home made sandwhich the SECOND time she visits for more injection stuff, not the first (so you can tell for sure how often roughly that she needs more IV supplies without worrying she's coming extra often just for the sandwhich).
   
   If she can manage say 30 days on the program without testing positive/getting kicked or or getting arrested, maybe you'll "consider changing your living arrangements." (BE VAGUE and promise nothing in stone or anything specific.

This is what good raw dope looks like in 2017...8 years ago the grey was all the rage, these days this is what we be getting on the steady...a few bumps of this stuff after its ground up pretty much shits all over any other opiate I've been able to find....Pretty much the most habit forming shit you can find. The BA on oral hydrocodone is like 90%, so you're not gaining much IVing it, you're also risking giving yourself space AIDS from all the tylonal. Don't do it, but if you must here's the best advice I can give:

1. Crush up the pill as much as possible
   
   
2. Drop it into a cooker of some kind. The bottom of a can works best
   
   
3. Mix it with water (about .5 ml) until it's evenly mixed
   
   
4. Put it through a wheel filter
   
   
5. Put it in an insulin syringe for injecting
   
   
6. Inject directly into your genitals (obviously don't do this)
   
   But seriously, you could get a bag of dope for the cost of wheel filters. Why even bother?

You're missing a few pieces but if it's authentic (i.e. actually 19th century, not ww2 era reproduction) it's worth some money. The full set would have had at least the candle holder--which would have had ridges so the pipe could rest comfortable on it's side with the bowl near the flame.

I bought 30mm diameter for $2.70 each but I use them for filtering steroid powders so I need the bigger types. For single use filtering pills or heroin they're like $1.50.
