Google shows that there used to be 3 stores in Phoenix area malls but YELP shows all of them as closed. I've never seen one of their stores in a mall here anywhere. Here's their store directory which pretty much shows Vegas or some stores in California as the nearest locations. Looks like the company has closed all AZ locations. (https://hotdogonastick.olo.com/locations) These are the only states they show operations in now.

Looks like there is an appliance called a corn dog maker that you could easily make these in using a block of cheese and corn dog batter. May be your easiest option if you want them regularly. (https://www.amazon.com/Smart-Planet-CDM-1-Corn-Maker/dp/B002MVOIP8)

I bought a California king memory foam from Amazon for less than $600 and I am in love with it, best bed ever, free delivery on prime with two day shipping!

I'm a bit further east than you, but you're in my area. Thanks for the great information. I was planning to get something like this and just installing it where my dish was before. That way I could just use the same coax and it would give signal to the entire house. The part that always trips me up is the amplifier as I don't have a power source outside near where the antenna would be installed, and if I used it inside, it would only be on one TV after the original line has already been split.

We swear by our UE BOOM blue tooth speaker. It's portable and the sound quality is amazing. This tiny thing gets loud! It's also water resistant so can withstand some splashing from our grown up cannon balls. My parents also use one when golfing. They have had theirs for a few years and it has really held up. Also the battery life is amazing. I am buying us a second one because we saw a call blue one with a wave pattern that is much cooler than our blue one. The range is great to. We'll leave our phone by our kitchen window and the speaker will still work outside about 50-60 feet away. We got ours on Amazon.

We just planted our spring/summer crop, it's mostly tomatoes and stuff like squash, cucumber, etc. Dave the Garden Guy from 3TV has a great book on arizona gardening, and there are some great Facebook groups as well.

The starter decks are a good start but they usually don't have enough cards in them, and too many land. This is a good thing to get as well:
https://www.amazon.com/Magic-Gathering-Deck-Builders-Toolkit/dp/0786955651

It will have random cards in it from all colors, so he'll be able to tweak and customize the decks to his liking.

And yea.. this can be an expensive hobby.. but it doesn't have to be. If he is able to work I'd say time to get a job if you want more than this!

Buy yourself this book, https://amzn.to/2ILu90D. It will help you learn to budget, it even has forms in the back. As far as a/c make sure you figure out how to set times, and as others have said, let it get 80+ during the day when you are not there, and drop down after you get home. My largest bill last year was ~$350 on a 2600 sq/ft house with 6 people and my crypto miners running (lots of power/heat) you should be able to beat that easily.

Good luck.

Black Box G1W-C Capacitor Model Dash Cam – Heat Resistant – Full HD 1080P H.264 2.7" LCD Car DVR Video Recorder – WDR 140° Wide Angle 4x Zoom Motion Detection Night Vision G-Sensor https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MIO2KRC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fjzDzbAQ7XPBF

I'm not sure if I have exactly that one because mine was a gift a year and a half or more ago and there are a lot of clones. It's a G1W-C style dashcam or something similar. Good budget cam but some people aren't too lucky it seems .

The -C on the end is for capacitor meaning the battery is super short but better to withstand heat vs batteries

I was just about to type out something about the demand charge when my letter turned to orange!

Yeah that demand charge is nuts. Have you considered your water heater? I'm almost positive that having it turned off from 3-8 will have a very minimal effect on your life (I don't know you from Adam, though).

Putting that baby on an [intermatic timer] (https://www.amazon.com/Intermatic-Electric-Water-Heater-Timer/dp/B00004W4XI/) (not an affiliate link) could easily pay for itself in a few months (if it's the only big appliance being used in that period, but it'll still pay for itself eventually if not).

I begin the super saver max plan tomorrow, so I'm very eager to see how this all plays out for me.

This works best if you have great insulation and double-pane windows. We don't...so supercooling just made us cold while it ran, hot while it didn't, and jacked a "normal" $300/mo APS bill to $450+.

That was three years ago. I bought a window mount swamp cooler (http://www.homedepot.com/p/Bonaire-Durango-4-500-CFM-3-Speed-Window-Evaporative-Cooler-6280030/204679889) plus a plugin thermostat (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000E7NYY8/), plumbed it with black 1/4" irrigation tubing, and haven't looked back since. We now only run the AC the last two weeks of July and all of August. 11/10 with rice, highly recommend.

Tried doing the reverse sear?

I've been doing this for over a year and have yet to make a bad steak in the 20 or so times I've done it. A few changes though - I like my steak (Ribeye!) to be about 1.25 inches thick. 215 for about 40 minutes, or until internal temp is 123F. The thicker the cut, the lower the temp and higher the time needs to be.

FLAKE sea salt and pepper 2 hours before going into the oven. I use Avocado oil in the pan, with real butter. Definitely use a digital thermometer for a perfect medium rare at 123 degrees internal temp. Don't forget to rest the meat before the pan (10 mins!), and before serving it. (another 10 mins!)

Sear that puppy on all sides for maximum maillard reaction. You should be just below the smoke point of the Avocado oil before the steak goes in the pan. About 480 degrees I think.

If you did it right, the steak should fall apart with just a fork and be super juicy. Even choice cuts taste amazing with this method.

You can get a decent bluetooth/USB capable head unit for about $30. That's what you'd spend on a FM transmitter at Best Buy. Installation is not difficult and any reasonably popular car will have a walk-through on YouTube.

I have these and highly recommend them. I mainly use them when I perform music but they're also great at concerts. Not a whole lot of muffling, just sounds like you're listening as normal but quieter. Protecting your hearing is important, once you get Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL) you can't ever get it back to the way it was

I think it's this one, maybe this one, but I'll have to check when I get home. Definitely a Motorola Surfboard series docsis modem at the very least though.

Now that you mention it, I also had Rocket League issues on Comcast with that modem back in new mexico so it could very well be a modem issue. Looking up the surfboard chipset, it seems like it is likely a puma 6 chipset so that would make sense. Could be the wifi router too, idk, haven't messed with that myself.

You can pay a repair shop $100+ to get this fixed, or you can do it yourself very quickly and easily.

You will need this part from iFixit which costs about $20. You can get the same part on Amazon for about $6, but the quality you get from iFixit is generally better. Here is a $5 coupon code for iFixit to save you some money.

Here is a smartphone repair kit for $20 which has all the tools you need to fix your phone. You can use this kit in the future for any other phone repairs you may come across.

At the end of the day you'd spend $40 (plus taxes/shipping) minus the $5 coupon code. Probably less than half the cost of getting it fixed at a repair shop.

Here is a 7 minute video on how to change the part.

I use the Falcon F360. Dual 1080P Cameras, decent night vision, easy to setup and use, and supports up to a 64GB memory card. Mounts on the mirror, and has a long power cable so it can be hidden.

I've had them in both my vehicles for 2 summers now and they are still going strong.

You could get a good, water resistant Bluetooth speaker off Amazon. This one is mine and it's pretty good: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B014VJD6PQ/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_.CyxzbSEK9RN5

I've had this one for 2 years now, no problems. This is a slightly newer version that has no chrome

If you're going to get one somewhere other than amazon, just make sure you're getting the G1W-C/G1W-CB. The C means it has a capacitor instead of a battery; it does better in the heat, but only is powered when your car is running (unless you wire it in to an always-on fuse).

NB: I only park out in the sun when I'm not at home or work. I have had covered parking at home and at work the entire two years I've had the camera.
