I bought some a few weeks ago. I planted my water props this past weekend.

I have mine in a cute little tray with sections and a clear lid, maybe you could get one of those and tape the lid down?

Try a grow light!! Here is some info on them. There are some cheap ones on Amazon. This is the style I prefer because it’s easy to clip anywhere and adjust as close to the plants as you want. Here and here are some articles on pet-safe succulents! Honestly with cats my biggest worry would be them knocking the pots off the windowsill because yknow. cats.

You’ll need to buy grow lights. :))

I use K Cups for all of my props! I saved SO MUCH time when I bought this recycling tool made especially for K Cups. Plus, with the lip removed you can fit more in whatever space you have :).

I bought it at a christmas market from a local artist. If I could remember her name and/or if she had an online store, I would share it in a heartbeat. Everyone deserves adorable rabbit flower pots.

So far it’s been great- plus you’re able to set it for red/blue/full spectrum light, and it has dimming/timer options.

I like this one, it works well for my props!

On Amazon they're marked as 1.1 x 1.5in. the 1.1in is across the bottom, though. I measured across the top and they're just under 2in in diameter.

They have a slightly bigger size (1.2 x 1.6in) as well!

Some people put river stones on the top because it can give a better appearance than just soil, and the stones don’t get as disturbed by watering. Although in this document the soil being used is something like this, which is a type of soil that looks very rocky in appearance. It’s great soil type for succulents but you probably have to water more often with it.

I got it on amazon! It came w zip ties and big clips and I haven’t used those yet, I use Velcro plant ties I bought at Lowe’s. The trellises are nice tho bc they’re attachable
