There's a lot of simple USB/Midi interfaces on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/FORE-Interface-Professional-Keyboard-Converter/dp/B07SFCLNZ5/
https://www.amazon.com/Pro-Tools-11-Ignite-Visual/dp/1285848217/
I know it says its for Pro Tools 11, but aside from a few minor additions PT12 is the exact same software.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lexicon-Alpha-Studio-Audio-Interface/dp/B000HVXMNE/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1377474213&sr=8-14&keywords=guitar+usb < it's that, I think. Not 100% sure though.
I have a hillbilly modem and it works just fine. I don't know what you people are going on about. 28.8k all day baby.
The only problem is you need the USB to RJ-11 adapter
Edit. Wait, I think a hillbilly modem is only 9600 baud so mine doesn't qualify.
