We go swimming about nice a week. She loves it! I'll get her to make some YouTube intructional videos.

It gives them a good view of what's going on but is secure so they can't run around the back. Make sure you have a harness on them to clip into the seat. Any harness will do.
Currently we use Gobble Stoppers, we have ordered a few different sizes to figure out what works best and what bowl size works best.
It has slowed our 3 down, except for one. He will get frustrated, grab the stopper, and use it to fling the bowl upside down.
Chewy.com has them as well and that is where we order our stuff from now

Did the toy itself break or just the squeaker? Most squeakers break pretty quickly. Some come with a velcro strip so you can replace the squeaker easily.
I got it here I recommend it! i havent looked much into strollers but this one is spacious that she can turn around and look behind or to the side. its so easy to clean too.

My kitty got old so I got her foam steps so she can get up on the bed. (My pugs are still very young.) The pet steps might be able to help your guy. They're not too squishy for a pug I think and the little bit of squish is gentle on joints.

I have a cooling vest like this for my pug. It really helps keep cool if you have to go somewhere hot or live somewhere really hot. We drove to Texas and lulu wore this and was able to be cool outside. Don't use it as much at home but I think I will start taking her to the dog park in it this summer see how it goes.
