Oh and if you have any recommandation about mouthguards... feel free to tell me. I have a mouthguard I'd like to replace: I feel I have a hard time breathing with the one I have.

Edit: I looked a bit further and I found that one:
https://www.amazon.com/SISU-Guards-Mouthguard-Original-Charcoal/dp/B00N1UJ994/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_bdcrb_top?ie=UTF8

Seems thin, I was wondering if somebody tried it.

And a more classic one:

But I'm not certain it would let me breath and talk that easily...

Edit: marked down for advice? Classy move r/rugbyunion.

Well that's pretty greedy. Mind you, these are the same people that charged an extra £10 for the exact same Lions cuddly toy just because it had the official label on it.

Hello there! I use lifting blocks when I jump, and what I have found works is foam pipe lagging , taped up really tight into a saussage with electrical tape. Then you want to tape them to your thighs with non-elasticated sports tape. (I use the 5cm stuff)

Position blocks, and with your knee straight tape it on around your thigh. 3 times around usually does it for me. I then like to secure it with electrical tape. I position them so the blocks are just below my compression shorts.

30 Bullies by Alison Kervin gives a good account of the first couple of Rugby World Cups. Entertaining to discover how amateur it was in 1987 and the juxtaposition to the professional era.

I also second Playing The Enemy by John Carlin.

Gilbert ball, mouthguard, rugby shorts with a flexible crotch (Prevents tearing) and a cheap rugby polo (anything thats durable). Tube socks, and cleats (cannot be baseball spikes, but cleats with a toe spike are now ok to use in games) If you are thrifty enough you can have your rugby gear that lasts years for about 80 dollars.

> Why don't we give the wallabies assault rifles?

Oh come now sir. You know perfectly well that weapons are allowed only by prior agreement

I would go for a Book or DVD. But you can never know what he's already got. Probably safer with something about a high profile foreign player.

Don't get anything to do with Rugby World Cup 2015. Not a fun time for England.

No link. The Blu-rays arrived a couple of hours ago.

Although apparently it's not supposed to be released until Monday - thank you Amazon, I guess.

I had a grade 3 AC joint dislocation last October and am now using this to train in.

I haven't got back into matches fully just yet but reckon I will use a combination of strapping and pads. I am seeing our clubs physio tomorrow and can let you know what they reccomend.

If you google "sweep the shed" it comes up with hundreds of articles about the ABs. It's even in the the blurb of this book.

>Champions do extra.

>They sweep the sheds.
