If you do not mind different packaging from that release you linked you can still purchase Rurouni Kenshin Tsuiokuhen (Samurai X is just the old name they used for Rurouni Kenshin in the U.S. and "Trust and Betrayal" is the English title of Tsuiokuhen.) on bluray striaght from Japan with English subtitles. It is even available through Amazon.com as an import item, but Amazon Japan will also ship internationally so it may do you good to price check both and see which works best. You can use Amazon Japan's website in English.

In case you are worried and want to double check, the Japanese listing lists "subtitles" and includes "英語" which is English. Japanese blurays are the same region as the U.S. (where I assume you are located because of the version you linked also being this region.)
Rurouni Kenshin Complete CD-Box (you might be able to find it elsewhere for cheaper)
The Complete CD Box contains the four TV OSTs, the first
two OAV OSTs, the animated movie OST, the two game OSTs, an Opening & Closing theme collection, and the two Character Songs albums. It is, by far, the best way to get all of the music from the animated part of RK.
