You can do each muscle group at the same time.

The way I learned it was to tense each area for around 5 seconds and then let go for 10, concentrating on how different it feels between tensed and relaxed.

Lay on your bed. Start from the bottom and work your way up as follows:

Feet - curve your toes up and tense your feet, hold, relax & repeat

Legs - Straighten legs, point toes towards face, hold, relax & repeat

Abdomen - tense stomach muscles as if preparing to be punched, hold, relax & repeat

Back - arch back, hold, relax & repeat

Shoulders/neck - shrug your shoulders, bringing them up and in, press your head back, hold, relax & repeat

Arms - Stretch out your arms and hands, hold, relax & repeat

Face - tense forehead and jaw by lowering your eyebrows and biting, hold, relax & repeat

Whole body - tense entire body (feet, legs, abdomen, back, shoulders, neck, arms and face), hold, relax, repeat.

Some people may feel tense after going through this exercise, in which case you can either repeat the entire thing or just the muscles that are tense (it should be repeated until you feel completely relaxed). Once the exercise is over, you should spend a few minutes relaxing your mind.

Finally, try to practise this routine twice a day until you start to feel relaxed first time.

I learned it from this book: Overcoming Anxiety: A Books on Prescription Title (Overcoming Books) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1849018782/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Sh8tyb3QMZ7W5 which was recommended to me by my GP.

I was listening to a radio show and there was a couple counselor on talking about the way men and women think. The way she said it made a lot of sense to me so maybe it will make sense to you too.

She said men think like waffles, women think like spaghetti.

To expand on that, men typically think in more compartmentalized way. They get into a thought and they are there, they don't usually think outside what they are focusing on so it can lead to issues in relationships when a man is trying to focus on something and a woman will ask about something out side that pocket. The man has to take some time to 'move' to another part of the waffle.

She explained that women typically think in a more entangled way. When you hear a story from a women, many times it may feel like the beginning of the story isn't going to lead to a conclusion because woman's thoughts are more 'knotted' and intertwined with each other. She stated an example where in dating, odd ball things will remind them of their partner because of some long thought process that is intertwined with thoughts about her relationship.

I think I got that right, it's been a few years since I've heard it but it made sense. If you are curious to hear it better explained, there was a website that explains it better: https://rockyourmarriage.org/men-like-waffles-women-like-spaghetti/

and a book by the couple I heard on the radio: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0736919619/ref=as_li_qf_sp_asin_il_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=andreaforten-20&camp=1789&creative=9325&linkCode=as2&creativeASIN=0736919619&linkId=abacf79d5f0e8afb535541bfa4ca0be3

That's not the point.

The point is that both last years and the new gen of iphones support fast charging. You need a different lighting cable as well as base mount in order to do it (the normal iphone charger is a 5watt charger, fast-charging is using something like this 42 watt charger)

So yes you can totally still use all your old iphone and ipad charging stations and cables. The problem is you're not going to be able to take advantage of the much faster charging speeds.

Think of it like filling a tank with water. The current iphones all fill up with a pipe that's 1 inch around. It takes a while but it gets the job done. The two latest generation have a opening that is 5 inches around so if you are using a bigger pipe, you can fill it up much much faster. You can of course still use the old 1 inch tubes but it's not taking advantage of the fact that your new one can accept a much faster stream of water to fill it up.

Does that help?

If you are still looking for budget headphones, try Monoprice headphones. They are on the cheaper side but I've had mine for years and they work great!

If you can find a copy, "Absinthe: History in a Bottle" does a great job of describing the rise, use/abuse/fascination by famous artists, scandals attributed to, and eventual ban of Absinthe. Great book if, like me, you really wish you could try the real deal.

I raised egg chickens for YEARS in the us. If you buy them from the store, you must refrigerate them. If you get fresh eggs unwashed you can leave them on the counter. We did for days and never got sick, it's fine. In fact they make a little dispensor for your counter like this...

Loofah sponges suck.

I'm all about these exfoliating towels:

The soap lathers up great with these, it's coarse enough to scrub grease stains off your body and it's super easy to scrub your back with one of these. I hate it when I'm staying in a hotel and I don't have one of these.

I use Yodora classic deodorant cream. I don't know if it is found worldwide but is common here in Colombia. You can read the product's ingredients and look for one without aluminum and be careful there are some deodorant creams that have aluminum.

EDIT: Oh there seems to be a very similar product in amazon. Deodorant aluminum-free.

Yeah, they're made that way on purpose and sometimes sold with the smaller cups included: https://www.amazon.com/Glad-Go-Container-Lunch-Size/dp/B004W4P62M

So I guess the real story is: "Product does what it's designed and advertised to do"?
