It should heal fine on its own. If you want to reduce scarring then it'd be best to use something like steri-strips to pull the edges of the wound together. The edges will likely not pull together without doing this, which will lead to worse scarring and longer healing times.

Scars should be as clean as the rest of your skin. I don’t see how they would be dirtier than the rest of you skin unless it was a scab.

To cover you could have loads of bracelets on. Cuffs work well. Arm bands, too.

You could also just wrap them in gauze thing. I can’t remember the name of the thing I’m thinking of but let me google it real quick.

Edit: these are what I mean. Depending on your skin tone, they’ll blend in. They’re lightweight and you probably won’t be asked many questions. But it’s understandable if you don’t want to use something like this.

I use this knife at work and buy carbide utility blades from time to time so I always have a fresh supply. I usually remove the blades and just use them individually when I'm doing it, but I still feel a sense of attachment to it, almost in a nostalgic way--as if it's a childhood toy or something.

Probably a full body wetsuit or dive skin (dive skins are thinner I think, usually Lycra instead of neoprene). Something like this maybe? You could probably get a long sleeved rash guard, but I don't know about legs. For small scale coverup you could use something like beige colored kinesio tape.

I have UV sleeves that I got on amazon. They’re usually about $8 or $9 and they go all the way up to my shoulders. Just looks like you’re wearing a tight undershirt.

Gloves aren't a bad idea. I was going to say sleeves like this You'll have to search for one that matches your skin colour or you could get your dress colour. Make up also isn't a bad idea. Gotta look for a professional though.

You can get ones that are fancier, ones that are simpler. Idk if they'd fit into the dress code since I don't know how strict your school is, but it would let you hide what you need to while still wearing a t-shirt.

I wouldn’t bother with bandages for hips or rips as they’ll be too difficult to affix and will just end up falling down. I would buy non adherent dressing pads - sometimes you can buy large adhesive ones but if not you can buy medical tape to affix them.

Mildly abrasive but do not break skin. Everywhere you run them across when wet will get a red mark from the dye. I have used them to make fake cuts over my body while taking baths.
