The mod sounds great but I'd like to point that Skyrim does support 5.1 audio as long as you configure your Windows sound output speakers to 5.1.
I personally use true 5.1 headphones like these and the positioning is quite convincing (for some reason my ears refuse to believe emulated positioning even though my hearing isn't great).
I have the older version of this and I play on medium with heavy mods without any FPS issues.

Short answer: Yes.
Long answer: Very yes. That model would be challenged by, say, Mass Effect Andromeda. But Skyrim is 6 years old. That laptop beats the hell out of a 6 year-old ~$2000 desktop.
I have an almost 6 year old Asus G74sx (big 17.3 bastard, too) and I can't run ENBs, but other than that it can tackle moderately modded Skyrim without getting much more than warm.
Edit: I knew there was a model I was forgetting. Check the FX502. It's 15", but competes in the configuration linked. It has the 3gb gtx1060.
