The easiest quickest way I have found to enjoy brick-ramen is to toss the flavor packet, boil the noodles, drain the water and then mix in 2-3 tablespoons of this stuff. It is sweet and spicy and as you can see from the reviews, I am not the only one who likes it.
Shelf stable hummus! Not as good as fresh Hummus... but it is protein, and delicious. You can buy some avocados, tomatos, and grow sprouts(super easy). All of them don't need refrigeration. Make a mean veggie-head sandwich.

Also You can get those tuna bags that come with stuff to mix in them.

Next time you're doing pork, pick up some Mojo Criollo as well. It's a marinade/sauce base that makes pork orgasmic.
It's in the latin/hispanic food section of your grocery store, or you can buy it online. Try it -

My girlfriend found out that adding kraft chipotle mayo makes it a taco bell quesadilla.
edit: mayo, not ranch
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0002PSOJW sriracha is a hot sauce. Sometimes referred to as cocksauce due to the rooster on the bottle.
I'd recommend this instead. Can't make a scramble in it, but it's really fast and not difficult to clean if you do it right after you empty it.
