Yes to everything mostly. I use a Kitchenaid which is basically my best friend in the kitchen. I use the sausage attachment here: https://www.amazon.com/KitchenAid-Grinder-Attachment-Sausage-Stuffer/dp/B00CX6TAGY/ref=sr_1_7?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1550867521&sr=1-7&keywords=kitchenaid+sausage+stuffer+attachment

These casings: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0030HSFW0/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 which you soak for a minute and get ready to stuff. This is a LOT better with two people. One is twisting as you're stuffing.

Smoking sausage is about a 3 hour ordeal. You want 250 degrees for 3 hours of indirect heating, this is important. Check this dude out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ww5umi9xv_0 I will only disagree that it's not as good a real smoker.

A smoker is a lot better choice. No idea what your financial means are but for $330 you can get what I use and I've won championships against guys with $5000 smokers. This one right here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001I8ZTJ0/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Look at that second review by Harry Soo. The man is a fucking genius in the smoking world. Follow what he says and you'll be smoking in no time. I smoke my own bacon from hunks of pork belly. Ribs, turkey, chickens, you name it. Never smoke fish in your meat smoker, save that for the grill using the method I just described.

Jason Fung has spent a lot of time with fasting and low carb diets. Toronto-based physician treating many obesity related issues especially diabetes - https://www.amazon.com/Obesity-Code-Unlocking-Secrets-Weight-ebook/dp/B01C6D0LCK

He's got good youtube videos as well.

It's never a "cure-all" easy answer and it almost always has to do with what you eat and how much, calories in/calories out but his work is very encouraging. We've become too focused on treating symptoms rather than fixing causes (because money, of course) so it's a step in the right direction. It's astonishing how many people don't understand nutrition and calorie intake and how the body adapts. We expend very little energy but still eat like we're working on a farm for 14 hours per day...

Apparently IF is a good way to avoid a lot of loose skin and whatnot when it comes to major weight loss and forcing your body to consume itself, so to speak, has also shown that it may also mean your body is turning on pre-cancerous cells and other free radicals because that's what's available. I think this sort of thing is still in the beginnings of being officially studied though.

You brought up a good point that sadly, my parents use to justify why they eat like pigs from 2pm-8pm... Sure they're doing IF and while you don't have to restrict what you eat, you do have to still keep portions sensible. My dad especially hasn't exactly gotten his body used to less calories, he just overeats in less time now :-(

In the end the republicans and the democrats are extremely similar. I'm going to vote for Rand Paul but there is no chance he will win. I recommend this book it helps show what makes this country work. Good luck!

Not really OP is underestimating you are overestimating.

The $24 Philips Sonicare Essence is a great toothbrush (4/5 stars with 8,137 reviews) but it is an older version so its very bulky.

The $50 Oral-B Black Pro 1000 is the newer style that is slim works great (4.5 stars with 4,322 reviews) and can accept any style of Oral B head including the plaque bristle ones.

The expensive ones just add built in timers, More LEDs, a sexier stand and some are bluetooth capable and sync with your phone (which i guess is nice if you got kids and want to verify they are brushing)

It was brutal. I wasn't that good. But there were many people who were superb. It was such a pleasure watching them perform.

Here are some sci-fi recommendations (you may have read them already, but I thought I'd offer anyway):

Serious Scifi:

Anathem the "multiverse" (multiple realities) and how all that works
Seveneves feminism meets eugenics—watch out!
The Culture series by Iain Banks, esp Book 2, the Player of Games Banks is dead, but wrote some of the best intellectual scifi ever

Brilliant, Visionary:

Accelerando brilliant and hilarious; and it's not a long book
Snowcrash classic
Neuromancer another classic

Tawdry yet Lyrical (in a good way):

Dhalgren beautiful, poetic, urban, stream of consciousness, and more sex than you can believe

Underrated Classics:

Voyage to Arcturus ignore the reviews and the bad cover of this edition (or buy a diff edition); this is the ONE book that every true scifi and fantasy fan should read before they die

Stress Pattern, by Neal Barrett, Jr. I can't find this on Amazon, but it is a book you should track down. It is possibly the WORST science fiction book ever written, and that is why you must read it. It's a half-assed attempt at a ripoff of Dune without any of the elegance or vision that Herbert had, about a giant worm that eats people on some distant planet. A random sample: "A few days later when I went to the edge of the grove to ride the Bhano I found him dead. I asked Rhamik what could have happened and he told me that life begins, Andrew, and life ends. Well, so it does."

The rest, blah blah, Trump voters are le stupid and Clinton voters enlightened, as posted in liberal rags. Neat. I wonder why Clinton won handily with illiterates and Trump with higher income groups? I guess because obviously getting a bunch of useless degrees means you're smarter and so much better than the people actually making money.

Also what's interesting is all these sooper smart college kids who say the right things about race are secretly as racist as anyone else:

Forgetting this? Membership Cost;
60 dollars per year x 5 years= 300 dollars

https://www.amazon.com/Sony-PlayStation-4-Pro-1TB/dp/B01LOP8EZC This PS4 costs 400 dollars, and has a 1TB hard-drive, and stronger performance than a typical ps4. I'm using this a reference because a 230 dollar PS4 (non-existent btw, I'm only finding 250 at the lowest) doesn't have a 1TB hard-drive, and also has weaker performance.

A 400-600 dollar PC will have a 1TB hard-drive(a 230 dollar PS4 will not, something you seem to ignore), and stronger performance than a PS4 Pro. As well as that, a PS4 will actually be more expensive in the long run due to the 300 excess dollars you must pay (over a typical 5 year period) for online playing. As well as that, console game sales simply aren't as frequent or as generous as PC Steam sales, which jack up the price of a console. A PC will also definitely be able to play all games that come out within that time period; modded, and with better performance, I might add.

Also, the OS argument is literally straight up stupid. Most people pirate Windows or have a copy already. If you don't pirate Windows, or own a copy, it is going to run you about 100-120 dollars. This is equivalent to 2 years of membership, 2 video games, or one game with multiple DLC's.

As well, a Chromebook is hardly a decent laptop. It is weak hardware-wise and not very versatile. You can't even download things on it. Even if a PC is more expensive initially, it has way more usage than a console, has better performance, cheaper games, modifications, and more....

This is just the truth. Accept it.

I had always loved reading as a kid, so your mileage may vary, but lately I've been finding short story collections really enjoyable when I'm having trouble reading more traditional books. It's pretty sweet, because there's a lot of different genres to choose from.

Not sure if they have the same things on international amazons (if these don’t ship internationally), but if you like following American recipes and don’t like converting them by hand you can get little measurers pretty cheap: https://www.amazon.com/Betty-Crocker-84197-Measuring-Cups/dp/B0041F04WY/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=Cup+measures&qid=1551312124&s=gateway&sr=8-1

This is a consequence of having a trainable brain. The term scientists use is neuroplasticity. Fortunately it goes both ways and you can untrain it, or train it another way to be happy even when you don't have what you want. You're only stuck that way as long as you think you are. I'd like to recommend a book, The Brain That Changes Itself. It's not very hard to read, it's probably even interesting for most people. But it's still learning, and a book. Most people who need this information won't get it. If you consider that you are mostly a brain, it's a huge advantage in dealing with brain problems to know more about brain. I wish you well. Never stop learning about your problem, you're the only one with the point of view required to solve it!
