Give myself at least two hours to shower, makeup/hair and get dressed. I never feel at my best when I'm rushing to get ready. Days I need some extra self love I usually do an Argan Oil Hair Mask it smells amazing.
A good double wash and face mask with Pacifica Beauty
A good moisturizer and then
SPF Australian Gold Tinted I sub that for foundation on no makeup-makeup days.
Maybe do my nails/toes, take some CBD and watch a favorite TV show I love to rerun, if I need the extra chill time, though that's not on date days. Usually after a long shower and a good face/hair routine I feel refreshed and calmer, ready to take the day/date, anything on. Hope you can find something that works for you and your health improves. Best of wishes!

So I went and read that report you referred to (or at least, what they said in the Washington Post about it):-

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp/2018/04/03/the-hidden-crisis-on-college-campuses-36-percent-of-students-dont-have-enough-to-eat/?utm_term=.dd26d35d9f78

I must admit that some things do sound a little odd to me. For example, here is one passage from the Washington Post article:-

>“I’m not going hungry per se, but there are days I’m just not going to eat,” she said. “Today, I am kind of hesitant to buy food, because I have less than $100 and I need to do laundry. Do I want to do my laundry or do I want to eat today? That is the kind of question I’m dealing with.”

OK, so I'm a bit confused here. Does doing your laundry in a laundromat cost the best part of $100 in the USA?

Is food really so expensive in the USA? If I walk down to my local British equivalent of Kroger or Walmart I can easily find a 16 ounce frozen spaghetti bolognese or chicken curry with rice or shepherds pie that is going to cost me a pound (US$1.40 - and that's including tax) that I can quickly do in the microwave in four minutes without any problem.

Do these sort of things not exist in the USA? The spiritual home of fast food?

Then. I know that it can be a real pain to cook for yourself while at university - but there again I managed it living with three other guys and we didn't starve or live off take outs (apart from a Saturday night kebab [gyro for Americans] after a couple of beers).

I think that u/horse19 referred to this in another reply but it is certainly more than possible to live spending US$100-150 per month on food.

For example, there is an English food blogger, author and activist by the name of Jack Monroe (she's also done a TEDx talk here )

This is a bit about her on Amazon:-

>Jack was a cash-strapped single mum living in Southend. When she found herself with a shopping budget of just £10 a week to feed herself and her young son, she addressed the situation with immense resourcefulness, creativity and by embracing her local supermarket's 'basics' range. She created recipe after recipe of delicious, simple and upbeat meals that were outrageously cheap. Learn with Jack Monroe's A Girl Called Jack how to save money on your weekly shop whilst being less wasteful and creating inexpensive, tasty food.

https://www.amazon.com/Girl-Called-Jack-Delicious-Recipes/dp/0718178947

and this is the blog:-

https://cookingonabootstrap.com/

There is a similar author in the US that I'm aware of by the name of Leanne Brown:-

>Cheap Eats: A Cookbook For Eating Well On A Food Stamp Budget
>
>When Leanne Brown moved to New York from Canada to earn a master's in food studies at New York University, she couldn't help noticing that Americans on a tight budget were eating a lot of processed foods heavy in carbs.
>
>"It really bothered me," she says. "The 47 million people on food stamps — and that's a big chunk of the population — don't have the same choices everyone else does."
>
>Brown guessed that she could help people in SNAP, the federal government's Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, find ways to cook filling, nourishing and flavorful meals. So she set out to write a cookbook full of recipes anyone could make on a budget of just $4 a day.
>
>The result is Good and Cheap, which is free online and has been downloaded over 700,000 times since Brown posted it on her website in June 2014. A July 2014 Kickstarter campaign also helped her raise $145,000 to print copies for people without computer access. And on July 21, the second edition was published with 30 new recipes.

https://www.npr.org/sections/thesalt/2015/07/27/426761037/cheap-eats-a-cookbook-for-eating-well-on-a-food-stamp-budget

It's also available on Amazon:-

https://www.amazon.com/Good-Cheap-Eat-Well-Day/dp/0761184996

Now before anyone starts saying that the recipes are likely to all be tofu and lentil burgers - no that isn't the case. I just had a quick check on her blog and one of the latest recipes was Sausage & Bean Casserole which, quite frankly, was exactly the sort of thing I lived on in university.

She claims that this recipe would feed four people at a cost of 60p (84 cents including tax) each. If this was a family of four with two children I could quite believe it but, if it were teenage guys living at university then it would probably only feed three. But there again, that still only works out at 80p (US$1.13 including tax) each.

I certainly remember that I had to be very careful indeed about what I spent my money on - are things really that significantly different nowadays? Or are students choosing Netflix over food?

TL/DR: IMO body piercings are trashy. It is just my personal preference.

  • I prefer natural beauty over flashy gimmicks. For example: I much prefer Death Valley Nat'l Park or Monument Valley, Utah over the Las Vegas strip. Las Vegas is OK once (other than the shows.) I never get tired of going to experience the beauty of the parks. (I dread the day when they figure out to superimpose an emoji onto the face of the moon.)

  • When I make love to and with a woman, I want to caress her, not her hardware. Getting amorous with hardware does not turn me on. (That goes for earrings also. I have been conditioned to accept earrings, but during sex I like to nibble and kiss her ear, not her earrings.) I would also be afraid of accidentally getting one caught in the heat of the moment.

  • I looked up what nipple jewelry was made out of. The most popular materials were surgical stainless steel, titanium, Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or 14K gold (why not 18K or 24K gold?). Other than 14K gold, none of those materials strike me as being classy.

  • I tried to look for jewelry for body piercings at jewelry stores online. I looked at the jewelry stores whose names I recognized. As far as I could tell (maybe I was using the wrong search terms), none of the top jewelry stores (Tiffany & Co., etc.) carried jewelry for body piercings. Where I did find that type of jewelry is at places like Claire's Boutique or the shops that do the piercings. Isn't Claire's Boutique where a splenda daddy does his gift shopping at?

  • I looked on Amazon.com for nipple jewelry. The most expensive I could find was [this] (https://www.amazon.com/Eyebrow-Circular-Barbell-HorseShoe-Jewelry/dp/B00F8KGMI6/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1519580325&sr=8-3&keywords=nipple+jewelry). I then looked on Amazon.com for expensive earrings and found [this] (https://www.amazon.com/Certified-Diamond-Earring-4-Prong-VVS2-VS1/dp/B01IJBP8N0/ref=sr_1_1?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1519580579&sr=1-1&nodeID=7454925011&psd=1&keywords=earrings) Again, it appears to me that nipple jewelry is cheap and trashy rather than classy.

  • To be licensed to cut hair in my state you have to meet certain minimum standards. (H.S. or equivalent graduate, over 18, graduate from an accredited course, training in exposure to blood borne pathogens, pass a written exam, pass a practical exam, work in a licensed shop.) To perform piercings there are no requirements at all in my state.

Redensity ll in the tear troughs for undereye dark circles. Botox & fillers as needed.

Sunscreen is going to be your greatest ally. UV both damages elastin and causes loss of collagen synthesis. Look to asian or few euro brands of chemical sunscreens as superior to the chem filters in US options - biore aqua spf50+++ , avene spf50+++. Use them liberally - dont forget backs of hands, neck, ears, decolletage along with face. Asian cleansers and emulsifiers - haba lado HA cleansing foam, haba lado super plumping gel cream. Moisturizer - Dr jart ceramidin, CeraVe PM, for body PM - eucerin complete repair. BHA with SA, periodic use of differin ( OTC ) , topical retinoid cream ( prescription ). Your skin care routine need not be expensive just consistent to your skin type ( the joys of aging is it may decide to change without notice hehe thus my own list above ). Lots of high end skincare is complete garbage or equivalent to much cheaper drug store brands.

Diet - beware advanced glycation end products accumulation. Glycation occurs when a sugar molecule ( glucose/fructose ) binds to a protein generating AGEP that is absorbed from the gut and is pro inflammatory. Produced both endogenously ( high blood sugars ) and exogenously ( via foods ) . We naturally produce AGEP at a rate of 3-4pc a year as we age however the food will increase the rate of glycation thus advancing aging. Avoid sugars.

Maintain bone density and more importantly keep T levels healthy through weight lifting. Mobility exercises to keep supple. Move your body.

Someone already mentioned sleep. Sleep is critical in the health of your body. Do recommend reading -

Seconding all the comments about incorporating acids into your routine. Just try out one at a time and don't nuke your face - start with a daily, gentle aha or bha. Also, many people with acne are over producing oil because their skin is dry, so drink lots of water and learn about the difference between moisturizers and occlusives over at r/skincareaddiction.

I love this acid

I'm not usually one to take a ton of supplements, but I also developed sudden hormonal acne in my late twenties, and it nearly broke me. I went into whole foods crying one evening because nothing was making a difference. The girl gave me this to try. You take it twice a day therapeutically for a month or so and then once or twice a year after that. My skin began to clear up within a week of starting it, and then all the new skin care tips I'd learned kept my skin looking amazing. I'm actually kind of grateful I had that experience now, because I take much better care of my skin.

You can buy her one of those portable charging batteries next time lol see what happens. Nice approach without sounding hostile. Also, recommend compensating her for making time. If not, she won't prioritize you when she can hang out with her friends or go to parties. It shows that you appreciate her making time away from school and work. It also shows that you understand the mutual beneficial situation and are not cheap.

I prefer silicone based lubes with no flavor/color/scent/unnecessary things. Silicone is great because it stays in place and doesn't evaporate and get tacky like water based lubes. It's also condom safe and great for massages. I've even been known to use a dot to calm down post-sex hair.

My favorite is Wet Platinum. It's cheap and does the job.

A submissive POT gifted me this book a few years ago and it turned out to be a really great resource - maybe you will feel the same about it?

kindle version

LMK what you think if you do end up checking it out. It’s been a while but from what I remember it definitely provided some useful tips tricks and information.

Hope this helps!

I was told I don’t treat counter-parties with proper respect, so I went on an adventure operating as a servant to improve my social skills. I now recommend it to everyone.

Pair that experience with this book: https://www.amazon.com/Servant-Simple-Story-Essence-Leadership/dp/0761513698/ref=nodl_

It looks big but the sides are very flexible and I found it very easy to insert it and no pain at all. Much easier than those damn silicone period cups, actually lol.

This is the one I used:

SOFTDISC - Menstrual Discs - Non-Reusable, Disposable Softcups - Enjoy up to 12 Hours of Protection - Fewer Period Cramps, Tampon and Menstrual Cup Alternative for Active Women 14 Disc Per Box https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000X29GY6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_XulxDbTBH2JHV

I think it's great that you're advocating for female condoms, but a few updates:

u/nomad_sugardaddy · 4 pointsr/sugarlifestyleforum

Salty: A Shocking Excursion Into The World Of Sugar Dating was written by a guy who fakes being a sugar daddy and tricks girls into bed by pretending to be a sugar daddy. It's a good book if you're trying to figure out how to avoid these kinds of guys so you can understand their thinking and tactics.

I liked Sugar Daddy Diary: the guy told some great stories.

Both books are a little bit dated. The sugar world has changed quite a bit since these two came out.

u/twisted222 · 2 pointsr/sugarlifestyleforum

It's exactly what it sounds like... it looks like a baggy/bigger normal condom, but is designed for the woman to wear. You can find them on Amazon (search for "female condom")... the only brand I've tried is FC2.

For everyone who has mentioned those flexible menstrual cups, they’re called soft cups. You can wear them during sex.
