> Put phone away at about 7pm, prepare for the next day and get your mind ready for sleep
Two on this. I think this is a solid, ready to go first thing to do. Write down what tomorrow need to be done ASAP. When you wake up and start to work, got and check this list and always do at least one point of the list. Then open phone, email, internet and so on. Your focus is really, really important, control it
Id buy this book https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0692213287/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . It talks about costs and similar issues. It's not an exact match for catering, but you'll see a lot of the same problems in a food product like costs, kitchens, marketing, etc and how to manage those costs.
You will need all of those things you listed so start saving for those.
In my county, we have a search feature to look at restaurants and you can approach owners to use their kitchens off hours and see where that takes you too.
Then you need basic marketing stuff
What you are discussing is a marketplace or platform app... you will need to bring together people with stuff to rent as well as people who want to rent things. These can be incredibly lucrative businesses, but are also very difficult to get going... largely because without one side of the market you cannot draw in the other.
I would suggest reading this book for some great insight: https://www.amazon.com/Platform-Revolution-Networked-Transforming-Economyand-ebook/dp/B00ZAT8VS4
I'm happy with Wix, and Google My Business. I think those two make a killer combination for me and my industry.
Wix is so damn easy to use and upate, you can literally do it while sitting on the side of a road waiting on more snow to plow.
I use Wix, GMB & Square for just about everything. I left WP for Wix, and there are plenty of books and audiobooks you can learn from about SEO.
I'm actually going to pick this one up soon (from my local place, not Amazon. Support local! : https://www.amazon.com/Months-No-1-No-Nonsense-Playbook-Getting-ebook/dp/B075HGN2L5
