The Great Alone is a really great coming-of-age book set in remote Alaska! If you like memoirs, The Glass Castle and Educated are both really amazing stories and good reads.
And if you want a light, funny read, Hey Ladies is the story of best friends in the year leading up to one of their weddings, told through emails and texts. It's kind of a parody of being a bridesmaid and the craziness of wedding planning. I loved it!

Low-key cannot believe I just took the time to do that lmfao.
I've always had a hard time sleeping even when I was a kid, but what really helps me sleep faster are the following:
Edit: 2 & 3 were really helpful when I was in NYC for 8 days and there was construction and a lot of foot traffic across my hotel, so I find both to be incredibly useful
Your TV needs to have a built in tuner, if it does it'll have a coax input that looks like this.
If it doesn't, you can buy an external tuner like this.
As for antennas, just search around for "TV antenna" and you'll get something like this. The biggest difference between any are pretty much the range. They all will give you a coax cable that you just plug in (and screw the nut to tighten) to your TV or tuner box. Longer range ones will also need USB power but they usually come with all the stuff you need.
Once you do that place the antenna where you please. On your TV your settings menu should have a section named something like "TV", "antenna", or "channels". You'll need to go there and tell it to scan for channels. If you can't find the menu you can likely just search for your TV brand and antenna to find a guide
Finding a good position for the antenna might be tricky. You might need to move it around, rescan for channels, and try again and again. Eventually you should max out the number of channels you can get and have a stable TV picture.
Unfortunately depending on your location you might not get great TV reception. You can try to search for your location here to get a sense of what channels you may get and how strong the signal might be.

I am also super naturally blonde (well, ashy grey blonde) and I tint mine using Godefroy's Professional Tint Kit! It's super easy - you just mix it on, leave it on your brows, and then wipe clean. You can definitely take it by stages too (it's better to start with too light of a tint than go straight to really dark). I'm a total convert.

It's ASOS, but was out of stock, so I ordered two from Amazon. The $26 version came yesterday and I love it. Thin, but great for spring/summer and the colors are more muted, not ROYGIBV bright.

But that was like $300 and I did a price watch on the bidet and got it for $400 so all in for $700 and it is LIFE CHANGING. It has two washers, one for the butt and one for the cooch, you can select the temp of the water and the air, and the seat is warmed. It amazing. I’m gonna go use it now.....

it might work..lack of focus is sometimes caused by a deficiency in B vitamins and Axio’s main ingredients are large doses of 3 B vitamins in “bioavailable” forms. Bioavailable means that your body absorbs them better. Cheap vitamins sometimes use less bioavailable forms. But overall vitamin drinks are usually overpriced vs just a good quality vitamin or supplement.
