Huh I wasn't aware of those last two. The other ones are in Port of Shadows though. Not sure what the state of Bone Eaters and Shaggy Dog Bridge are and how to pick them up, unfortunately.

Edit: I checked the wiki and found the two publications that released the books. If you really want to read those two stories, the anthologies aren't long. Here's the link to them.
