Well I can't believe this but I bought a game at Goodwill about 2 weeks ago. I'd never heard of it but I like to collect old pc games so I picked it up. I noticed it's from 2002 so I just installed it on my old XP machine. I think this might be the one you're looking for.

Sounds a lot like this one, the same one I had. The games were Pac Man, Rally X, Galaxian (what you may be misremembering as Galaga?), Dig Dug and Bosconian. Even though you said the select screen was wrong, it's the only one I can think of that's close to your description. The Ms. Pac Man one included Mappy, Galaga and Xevious, but doesn't match your physical description at all. Is it possible you played both and your memory blended them together?
Funny thing is that the bundle is half the price of The Clone Wars on it's own. They're basically paying you twenty bucks to take Tetris Worlds off their hands xD
