Japan-codes is where I get my gift cards. Understand they are making a profit even on the best deal which is 10000 Yen (about $88.40) that they sell for $96. Still probably better than paying the shipping for the physical disc.

Yes! CDJapan has copies for sale. Amazon JP also has it for sale. I bought it via CDJapan from Europe and had no problems there. I've heard from friends in the US that they didn't have any issues either when purchasing the CD there.
It’s a great EP but it’s not nearly impossible to get. You can buy the CD on Amazon Japan. They ship internationally.
