Fruit fly traps are totally legit-- you can make your own by putting a little of something they'd want to get at (fruit, obviously, but i've done it with ketchup or soda or whatever random stuff i had on hand) in the bottom of a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap tightly, and poke some holes in the top with a toothpick-- the idea is that they get in and then can't find their way back out. Get some Clorox Foaming Bleach (you can get it at Walmart or similar) and some magic erasers.
The floor looks lightly textured so you would need to be careful but you can also try some of these.
This looks like serratia_marcescens which is common bathrooms and other wet environments. It is pretty resilient and you will need to keep cleaning the area pretty regularly to kill it off. The best think would probably be to get a steam cleaner if you really need to get this off. This unit is really good.
Howard Restor A Finish is amazing stuff. My piano tuner uses it on pianos to make them look new again. Get a color that matches your wood. Then use Pledge Extra Moisturizing to finish it off.
