https://www.amazon.co.uk/Topeak-Race-Rocket-Pump-Black/dp/B00320OJAW/ is highly recommended for a bike pump - a good pump makes a big difference when you're on the side of the road with a puncture - I've learned that from experience.

Price history graph indicates this is an OK deal, but far from exceptional. Amazon has sold it for a lot less money at times in the past

In fact, there's a strong spike in prices in spring/summer, and a steeper drop yet to come around the end of September/early October by the looks of the trend over the last few years.

Makes sense - cash in on bike mania when the weather turns good, then have to shift your excess inventory before the relatively quiet winter

I'd hold fire until the end of September and see if it drops lower again this year personally.

I have the [Wheel Building Book] (http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Bicycle-Wheel-Jobst-Brandt/dp/0960723668) and live near Leeds. If you borrow it, its a good excuse for me to get some miles on a Sunday. PM me if you want to borrow it.

We used the WeeRide

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B002MCYWHG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_DJ9BCbEVPJECT

I got a Kitvision, which was only £20 with Amazon prime (I signed up with a free trial). The quality is decent enough but the mount is a bit of a fiddle. Tbh though, I just can't be bothered to put it in/out every journey.

The anarchist infrastructure collective recommends these, much quieter.

you could get something like this pizza cutter: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Norjews-Bicycle-Cutter-Stainless-Kitchen/dp/B07GDN3JBV

I'm not sure on the quality, so it might depend how serious the gifts are meant to be

A few Christmases ago (probably like 3 or 4) I picked up one of these for some ridiculous price in a deal on Amazon (I think it was £8!). The bag is still going strong, and I remember when I bought it one of the key factors was that it's waterproof, and also between compartments, plus the laptop slot.

That waterproofing hasn't failed me yet, and it's seen some Damn rough weather. I've out my water bladder in it before, and attacked a keyring to one of the shoulders to feed kit through and keep it in place. If you want I can send through a bunch of photos, it's across the room from me full of my work gear. It can carry a lot, but the side straps also let you shrink it down a lot.

>And anything clipless. My SPDs don't have reflectors.

there's always these http://www.amazon.co.uk/Shimano-PD-T400-Click-Clipless-Commuting/dp/B00914QFKA/ref=pd_sim_sbs_sg_4

I might sidegrade.

I get a lot of stuff from FDX. I'm not made of money so there's no way I'm spending £50 on something I can get for £15 from them.

> 40 psi

The max is 80, so you'd be running at half pressure. I would just buy a cheap floor standing pump. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Vandorm-Bicycle-Lightweight-Schrader-Universal/dp/B00PG1PKIA/ref=zg_bs_548196031_1

It was locked in the staircase (inside of the main door) with this. The lock is also missing so I have no way of knowing if it was picked or cut (I presume picked). I also had this as an extension but that is still intact and left there.

It was stolen from Edinburgh (Marchmont area) between 22:00 on Thursday 22/08 and 09:20 the next morning.
