Found this on Amazon. I'd love to find a place to buy a cheap 3x5 version to match the rest of my flag collection.

They did change the book cover. Very much thanks to reddit. So I assume this is one of the 'limited' ones, that got printed before resolving the issue.

You don't see Liechtenstein to often!

Hans-Adam II is a interesting fellow, I highly recommend his book The State in the Third Millennium if you haven't read it.

Chinese Company. Extremely cheap, but pretty pixalated up close. I have a few, fabric quality is decent. 9/10 considering price.

Show all those who dare climb that peak that the glorious Galactic Empire conquered it in the name of his majesty Emperor Palatine!

Ohhh ok, Amazon, there's a shop on the french version called AZ Flag, which sales some old flags, world flags, and french/spanish/italian/british regions' flags. Like, you could buy this if you add big enough balls

It was actually this exact one off of Amazon, free shipping.

The colours of the current German flag originate with the flag of the Holy Roman Empire from c. 1400-1800. I don't know what the basis of the colours in that flag were, though likely the black comes from the actual colour of the bird depicted.

Similarly, the Belgian flag's colours come from a combination of the Coat of Arms of Flanders and the Flag of the Duchy of Brabant

According to my Firefly Guide To Flags Of The World the black in Estonia's flag "represents the peasantry and Estonia's historical suffering"

I agree about the purple, as well. Very regal. There's a minimal list on wikipedia of flags with purple.

Context:

This flag reads "ΜΟΛΩΠ ΛΑΒΣ", while it is supposed to say "ΜΟΛΟΝ ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ". I can only assume that the people who made this flag wanted to make it look more "foreign", as only letters that are otherwise identical to their roman counterparts (in upper case, at least) are replaced.

If you want a better look at the flag, here's an image of a similar flag I found online

Here's hoping he can get a refund. I'm tempted to buy and send him one of those "No step on snek" as a replacement for this one.

Also, this flag currently has a 4.5 star rating on Amazon

EDIT: I made a mistake as well.

It’s in support of the police. They have similar flags with a red or a green stripe for firefighters and military respectively. I think they’re really cool and if I didn’t have a fear of firefighters I’d get one.

This Flags of the World mug is a lot more interesting, but I'm not sure I'd play $35 for a mug.

Another idea is to try your local thrift shops or over stock stores. Tuesday Morning comes to mind. They sometimes have interesting mugs.

this is the flag I wanted but the pictures show two different flags and the first one isn’t what the Rampant Lion looks like.

I have no idea. I looked through all the world flags they sold and they're all correct (with a couple really bad exceptions) other than some details here and there. They even managed to get Nepal correct. I would genuinely like to know how this happened.
