They’re super comfortable and can be wiped down between uses. They don’t soak up sweat like the OG pads they are thinner which a lot of people seem to like. They make them for pretty much every HMD.
It's not comfy, which I read is to be expected, but I don't feel stress. Just, well, not comfy. Hah. I don't feel it on my spine, just my shoulders. I recommend having someone help you put it on and tighten it.

I mostly wear it while working at the computer, but only for about thirty minutes. GORN wasn't terrible using it, but Beat Saber would be rough.
I have an oculus rift and i sweat like a bandit, but i use VR cover for it as well as a bandana like this to the top of my head and my ears, headband
Thrill needs nothing to make it harder. If you are playing to your level you should be working out plenty. If you are looking to bulk up I'm not sure thrill of the fight is gonna do that. It's def a cardio workout but an effective one.
I bought this one like 5 years ago and I still use it a lot. Goes from 5 pounds up to 40 using sand packs. It's bulkier than some other ones but I've never had an issue using it and I've used it a good chunk.
