Ideally I'd like to get an NES or something running on it. I'd love to be able to get something with emulators working through it, but I'd be happy with almost any old console. I'm hoping it can be part of a little nostalgia battlestation.

Will the RCA on the front require a converter? I can't just plug in the video portion of a normal RCA? I grabbed one of these from Amazon to see if I can't get something through the antenna. Not too hopeful about it, but it's cheap so I'll give it a shot.

That's half the point, honestly. I have a perfectly good, more modern CRT TV that I could use but my girlfriend insisted that I should at least try to figure out a use for this old thing. Which honestly didn't take much convincing; I've had this TV for as long as I can remember. I've watched Hercules, Xena, Star Trek, Pokemon, MadTV, The Wayans Brothers, etc etc on this thing as a kid.

Found it! It's a scoop for bulk bins. The fact that it's a scoop explains the round bottom, and yes, the weird handle apparently is intended to clamp onto something, somehow.

it looks like this voice recorder i found on amazon if it really is the case, i don't know the story, but i'd go into full lock-down mode. steps are as follows. be forewarned, this is some zero-dark-thirty gulag special forces shit, but in these situations it helps to have a list of things to do.

1. call the police. even if you have no evidence it's him, the record showing you called will help in court.
   
2. if possible, set up a way of catching them coming to the house if you suspect them of doing that.
   
3. find a friend. not your best friend, that's predictable. maybe an old childhood friend, or a cousin, step parent, someone you can stay with, but isn't super close to you. not predictable. stay at their house.
   
4. when you leave your house, take an Uber or a Lyft, or have someone come and pick you up. leave your car there, leave the lights on. obviously lock the doors, barring them is ideal, as he might have your keys. no traces of you leaving are to be found outside the house.
   
5. change your email password. most sites will automatically have you re-login if your email password has changed. turn off all location services on your phone, if you have an android, an even better solution would be to download an app like Fake GPS and set your marker at your house.

In the case of "integrated frog", the person posting means rather than something you add to a vase like I provided in the second link, it is built in to the vase instead.

So the impression of the OP was that this was a cup of some kind with the square pattern of holes, and the replying poster is saying it is really a vase with a "frog" and in this case the "frog" is built into the vase rather than being a separate piece.

So, for local access TV while camping, first, you'll need an antenna to pick up TV out of the air. For antennas "digital" is just a marketing word, so don't worry either way about finding one that says digital.

You just need a small TV antenna, like this - this one is small, reasonably cheap, and has good reviews:

That antenna catches the signal from the air (hopefully there is a signal where you're camping), then it sends the signal down a wire. But, that signal is still digital, which your TV can't display.

So, you have to convert the digital signal to analog. For that, you need a digital signal converter box, like the one I posted earlier. Note these also need an electric plug, they don't work on batteries, so that could be an issue if you're camping. I picked this one "just because" but if you search Amazon for "digital set top converter box" you'll see more:

Lastly, that box will output onto a modern coaxial cable. You'll need this cheap adapter to make that fit the antenna jack on your TV:

Honestly - that's a lot of work and expense for a little TV. And a lot of wires/cables/plugs to mess with when camping.

Yep, twin lead cable. You should be able to adapt that 300 ohm flat to the more modern 75 ohm coaxial cable using one of these. Those adapters are fairly common and available at Walmart, hardware stores, etc. If you have an antenna on your roof it is probably connected to that. If you have a tv with a digital tuner (most flat screens have one) you might be able to tune in digital broadcasts in your area.

Those are antennas, and there are two of them. The brass-colored one is a directional UHF/VHF TV and FM antenna, probably pointed toward the transmitters for most of your local over-the-air TV stations. The silver one at the top of the mast is probably an omnidirectional FM antenna. They look to have 300-ohm twinlead cable, and you'll probably find the other ends terminated on wall plates with two screws. Since there are separate antennas, one probably goes to where a TV might be situated and the other to where a stereo might go.

If they're not in the way of anything, leave them there or make use of them. To connect them to current equipment, you'll need a 300-to-75-ohm balun, also called a matching transformer.

Hard to tell by just looking at it. It's obviously been used so it looks sort of old. But they still make them and they haven't really visually changed over the years.

I had one of these when I was younger and it got that charred looking after a few uses. I wouldn't assume the one in the picture is ancient based on the condition.
