I use stroller hooks on the back of my son's wheelchair to hang his enteral backpack. They are usually plain and black so you don't have to worry about them looking babyish.

This is what we are currently using but there are a ton of different styles out there. If it weren't for these stroller hooks ds would be stuck with an IV pole. The only problem is the width (ds uses a 12inch wide Tilite YRA). If you are adult sized then I imagine width issues won't be as much of a headache for you. You just have to make sure the backpack isn't so wide it will rub against the wheels.
Ooo, I see now! Before your paintjob, the chair was actually sparkly black. I didn't quite understand the black->matte black change before, but I get it now.
It'll be a while before I do any personalizations because I'm in the middle of an insurance issue, but once that is sorted the first thing I'm probably going to do - since it's so simple - is get some of these. As you see from their pics, the color combinations add limitless individualization (can even paint the wheelset a different/contrasting color, as you did, for more variety)!
Quick question: Why did you choose a Colours? Over what other brands? Any things other brands/models have that Colours Razorblade doesn't that you wish it did?
I'm using these on my Aero-Z. You have buy 8, but the price is good. You want 78a in hardness because it will give you some shock absorption.
I don't like the way they've designed the spacers (get spacers from a board shop), so you probably want to get some of those, and some bolts unless you have no problems with the stock bolts.
You may need bearings, too, unless can get them out of the stock wheels (I can't). Board shops have these, too. Just get the cheap ones. You're not skating.
