If you're re-doing your bathroom, maybe a fancy mom-level bidet is in the cards for you, but a year ago or so I bought one of these Astor Bidets from Amazon. $25, I feel at this point, everyone should be blasting their asshole with water. Super easy to install, seems to be a laser guided, heat seeking water stream as it hits the spot with stunning accuracy.
Has variable speeds, but full blast is total hole destruction, unnecessary. The downside versus a pro-bidet is the water is cold only, I'd imagine warm water bidets feel amazing but surprisingly, the cold water isn't bad at all.
It's a gamechanger, best $25 I ever spent.

Based off you using one roll of high end toilet paper a week, this baby pays for herself in 32 years. And that’s with one person using it. No one stays single if they’ve got one so it’s really only 16 years.
