Happy Zambambo! ♥

I would really super duper love these roller blades! I want to get into skating for fun and to help me lose weight, and as a bonus I can take the kids while they ride their bikes! Win win, fitness and fun for everyone! :)

I hope your birthday is lovely ♥ XO! Thanks for the contest!

Okay so,

Figuring out the sizing has been interesting lol. Being a size 11 foot sure as hell doesnt help.

  1. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071X2Q2KD/ref=crt_ewc_img_olp_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3H8ADXOCP7JIK
    - Has some cool reviews about it. Price is great. Color looks beautiful. Sizing ima have to go 1.5 bigger unless I find it else where. Looks very durable and comfortable, the vented boots is nice considering I live in the Nevada heat; any cooling helps! Comes with 85A Wheels, rail is removable and interchangeable with other styles/setups. $230. Available via Prime; so could return if the big size is a problem

  2. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01F0XRVX0/ref=crt_ewc_img_dp_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3H8ADXOCP7JIK

    - Believe this is a newer model then the F6, for $30 more with a similar style as the F6; and also has a raving
review; I would be wiling to test them out. beautiful design. Has my sizes. $250. Not prime eligible. So sizing
would have to hopefully be right.

  3. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GBVYN6N/ref=crt_ewc_img_dp_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=AI3ODVS58VYZ2

    - Seems to be built by a company that really put time and effort into the blades. Seems very well made. has a
great design. some cool color options to choose from. its the most expensive of all the setups at $279. (lol,
just realized the logo looked familiar, same company that made my boots. the dude they use on amazon
listing was same dude on my box for blades lol. was wondering what felt familiar about this item.). 85A
wheels. interchangeable setup. they have my "size" but they claim to run a bit small. and they dont have a
size bigger then what I would "need". This does look like a great setup. Not prime eligible.

So these are the three options.

    What do we think fellas?

[General] I'm a 30/yo female and I just picked up these from amazon for specifically blading on a local wood floored rink (really nice place, Semoran Skateway in Orlando) but they have a black brake on one side, which isn't allowed in the rink because it will mark the floor. Not sure if that is common.

I was able to use an alan wrench to remove the brake, but the rivets are the kind that were not meant to be removed, and now my last wheel is just off on one skate. How can I replace the rivet if I can't find the information about what they are? There's not a lot if information available on the skate itself or the website and I am pretty new so I don't even know if I am looking at the right place or what the info I need is even called, or if my terminology is off.

I can create a video to show you what I mean as well if that would help. Thanks in advance!

>So sad to say but returning my blades I ordered as they are just too long for my foot (after trying everything). Luckily I haven't worn em outside...

>Will have to measure my foot more accurately next time... maybe putting it on a piece of paper and marking it?

>I'm looking at a pair of RB Cruisers now. https://www.amazon.com/Rollerblade-Cruiser-Adult-Fitness-Inline/dp/B07GBBLTSG/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=Rollerblade+RB+Cruiser&qid=1557449732&s=gateway&sr=8-1

>How would these fit normal width feet? IDK if they're for wide feet or not from reading the description.

You might do well to visit your local shoe store and ask them to measure your feet (both feet!) with their Brannock device, and to have them give you both the length and width measurements in millimeters. This will be the most accurate measurement.

The RB line (RB Cruiser and RB110) have a wider fit than Rollerblade's other molded shell (e.g. hardboot) skates, so they will be more accommodating of a wider (relative to length) foot than either the Twister or Maxxum product lines (which are known to run small/narrow).

If the RB boot is still too narrow relative to your foot length, the usual recommendation for wide-footed skaters is the FR series by FR Skates - namely, the FR FRX, FR FR3, or FR FR1, depending on your budget and needs.

Personally i think you should treat yourself to these skates they are high priority for you and you deserve them. I know it is over $50 but if you decide to buy them, I will pay the difference as a birthday gift to you :)

I recommend a hardboot skate like the Seba FRX or Rollerblade twister. Hardboot skates are more supportive and durable, and 80mm wheels are the standard choice for all around skating (larger speed skate wheels are harder to balance, and smaller trick style wheels are too slow for traveling). Both of those are solid beginner skate choices.

Largest boot I know of is the Rollerblade RB XL that goes up to size 17.5. Maybe you could squeeze in? Rollerblade Men's RBXL Fitness Skate, Black/Red, Men's US 17.5 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B006ZQHIOE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_l8ZLBb7NH1WR1

You can get one here for much cheaper.
