Exactly, I have this cheap one https://www.amazon.com/Programmable-Buttons-AFUNTA-double-speed-adjustment/dp/B016ZF77OA/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1542633153&sr=8-4&keywords=6+button+mouse and it's really convenient. There is an extra bouton near the main click that I mapped to melee. Then on the thumb, 1-4 for abilities, 5 for spoiler mode, 6 to deploy archwing. There are models with more buttons but 'm not sure how comfortable they are.

Exactly the same here! Bought a zeolites c-12 mouse with breathing spectrum led configuration for that colour aesthetic! Very cheap for the quality and functionality!!

Edit - so now I've been using this mouse and it's great! I've got sprint and interact on the side buttons, along with a trap mob ability and a pull ability (as I am tank) along with dodge left and right, with ultimate on the fire button and the + dpi button changed to toggle run/walk and the - dpi button to cycle though dpi settings. Tried to programme an alternate mode to have WASD on the mouse but haven't spent enough time to get that working.

WOULD DEFO RECOMMEND buying this (any) gaming mouse as the functionality, ergonomic design and weighted motion makes the whole experience SO much more enjoyable... (Not to mention the beautiful RGB LED Trippy light display)! This one is the cheapest I found for what it offers and the price definitely does not reflect badly on the quality!

I use a Zelotes C-12. It's very cheap, programmable, really clicky and isn't cheaply made. It even has weights inside that you can customize to your liking. Out of every mouse ive ever seen with buttons on the side, this one has been the easiest for me to use and due to the radial D-pad design, it's pretty much impossible to hit the wrong key. The red fire button is also really nice for binding to cleric stance or limit break or something you will toggle a lot.

To prove it's durability even for it's price, I have had it for about 2 years. Still registers every click, buttons aren't mushy, and I still haven't needed to use the replacement feet it came with. (It also has had it's fair share of collisions with my desk when I get a little angry) I use my computer at least 6 hours a day.

Technet Hypertrack is a touch over 90g without internal weights added. It also has 5 thumb buttons and decent ergo. BUT BUT BUT hold the phone. It has a laser sensor with accel so accuracy is not consistent. I can't recommend for Overwatch. Another mouse that I don't have which looks good is linked below, but again, laser sensor...

Then there's this guy...but you guessed it...more laserness.

Roccat mice and the Logitech G502 both offer shift key functionality.

That said, you are def limiting your options and it is unlikely you'll find many mice with good sensors and that number of buttons AND low weight.

4-6 thumb buttons seems like overkill and having used the hypertrak, it can be difficult to hit the correct thumb button in a timely fashion.

Having a mouse with extra buttons on it ( mine has 7 extra in total) literally upped my gameplay by leaps and bounds. I typically use them for oGCDs/quick reaction needed/ground targeting skills. CANNOT imagine playing without one now.

Mouse I use

Other than the Hex? There are a bunch of those but the button setups vary a little more than the numpad based ones.

A couple I found:

Not sure what to search for to get just this style of mouse. Some show up when I search 'MMO mouse' or 'MOBA mouse', and you could also search 'X button mouse' for each X number of buttons you'd be interested in.

So I need a new mouse, but I can't seem to find a mouse with a similar shape like https://www.amazon.com/Programmable-Buttons-AFUNTA-double-speed-adjustment/dp/B016ZF77OA The mouse should have an accurate sensor, without mousedrift etc. It should also have adjustale dpi (up to 4000). I don't care for price, LEDs and buttons (or weight). The only mouse I would consider buying right now is the Logitech g502, but I want an more similar shape like the mouse in the link. Please help guys

Not sure how it would work w/ small hands, but I use a Zelotes C12.
