The custom MoBo I/O plate was done using an old computer case CD drive bay cover. I used vinyl tape for the shapes and spray painted two coats of aluminium plus one coat of clear. The back panel logo was also cut out from vinyl and spray painted mate black (the mate black side facing the interior of the case). The NVMe heatsink was also painted to match the color. To install the extra heatsinks on the PicoPSU, I used this thermal epoxy, which has twice the heat conductivity of thermal tape and creates strong electrical insulation.
Oh I am sorry, I was actually asking about this power brick/supply that you mentioned in your comment that I replied to: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B078772YPS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_WESIDbYGZANEW
Did you buy your power brick from this seller (brand "Augustwxl" sold by "Miracles Online")?
I am looking to buy a power brick, I already have a pico dc-dc similar to yours. Thank you for the tips btw I am considering doing something like this for the pico psu of my build as well.
