I really like the Tegaderm, big and small patches.
I use them as super bandaids. Great in places that flex like knees and hands (which often get cuts), or places that are covered/rub like feet and shoulders.
They also stay on well over extended periods. They last through sweat and water better than other solutions. This means I can carry less, even if I get a cut on day 1 of a 7 day adventure - the Tegaderm will help keep the wound protected for longer.

Yes - I do see where gauze + tape, or simply bandaids, could do the job - but I still choose to carry a few of these. I'd recommend it.
