There are untinted ones but the ones I've tried are pretty bad. Bare Republic can be found at Target. I had to throw it in the trash. It smelled/tasted terrible and I can't remember but I think it left a white cast. Yes to makes one too. It's pretty good, but it leaves a bad white cast if you slather it on and it's only SPF 15. Badger Balm makes one too, but again it's only SPF 15.
So yes, Cotz feels good, looks pretty good, and offers better protection than most. Solar Protection Liptect is pretty much identical, so you can see which is cheaper for you.
Vanicream lip balm is SPF 30 and looks good, but not tinted as far as I know. I haven't tried it.
