I love my Acer Chromebook 14 Aluminum. it has full hd and 16 GB of RAM. I picked it up from Amazon for about $250

If you're willing to spend just a little bit more this has a full HD screen and a decent processor, pretty good for the price. I just don't know about the color and actually quality of the screen.
