I moved my Dad from a Windows laptop to a Chromebox with large screen and maintenance has gone down to zero. Here is an Acer with i3 and 8 GB RAM from Amazon:

Here is a list of the devices that currently have android support (stable or beta channel) or are planned to get it. From the list, only one Chromebox currently has access to android apps. AOpen Chromebox Mini. This does not have any of the processors you mentioned. If you need to buy now I would suggest targeting one in the "planned" list.
