I would say go for https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KQKGP6W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
since It has 1 ms response time comparing to 5ms on HP if you have a prime card you will get 15% back. But it is completely up to you.
How can I solve my screen to stop it from turning black? I just got a new monitor for my pc (https://www.amazon.com/Acer-SB270-Bbix-Ultra-Thin-Technology/dp/B07KQKGP6W/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?adgrpid=68279705979&gclid=CjwKCAjwibzsBRAMEiwA1pHZrpHQxSBvtYtWR7u_hufRuU4k4kVzjVblDXQtMg6ot0-Xvd2hNL7j4hoC7MsQAvD_BwE&hvadid=337816501321&hvdev=m&hvlocphy=9021427&hvnetw=g&hvpos=1t1&hvqmt=e&hvrand=13681268777305581956&hvtargid=kwd-728434113040&hydadcr=20138_9665399&keywords=acer+sb270&qid=1569677982&sr=8-1) and whenever I go full screen in any game, the screen constantly goes black for a few seconds and makes everything unplayable. I also have a intel core i5-7400 cpu and a Radeon rx 570 graphics card, but these two haven’t caused issues on my old monitor, just this new one. Anyone have a clue on how to stop the screen from doing this? Thanks!
