I have traveled for years with Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX systems. If the computer is larger, the bags and padding are larger and more expensive.
Ncase M1 is a Mini-ITX/DTX case that can hold full-length triple-slot video cards. It is about $200 and takes a couple of weeks to ship from Taipei (T4n). There are lots of bags to fit this case, but the DJ mixer bags are the cheapest.

I've flown several times with my Ncase build in this bag without ever filling the case with foam and its been fine. The Pelican stuff looks like it would provide a lot more support/isolation so if it was ok in my bag I don't foresee you having an issue. I have a 1070 FE and a Cryorig m9a cooler.
This is a great carry on bag for the M1. Bought it to carry on for an international flight. Only $30!

Yeah i saw the wallye bag and that was the main reason i made this post because its a lot of money for just a bag.
In other posts i found a cheaper one Like this but i was curious if people maybe had some alternatives.
