I'm a Right side Shoulder Disarticulation. Which means I have no Right arm at the shoulder. Cutting and slicing, washing dishes (I cheat with a dishwasher) stirring because pot or bowl moves are all difficult.

Along the lines of brokecuzofbifl's comment you could consider a Ulu knife. Not dishwasher safe, but sharpenable:

One day when my other BIFL pizza cutter dies I'll get one of these.

Meat cleavers with curved blades work well also when paired with a cutting board.
