I'm not sure why it was omitted from the standard release but you can get a limited edition boxset which includes Alive 2007 on white vinyl, Alive 1997 on silver vinyl and, most importantly, a white etched 12" single which contains the complete encore.
It's a little pricey - but keep an eye out as Amazon discounts it by 50÷ once every couple of months!

I'm just starting my vinyl collection, but this will probably be my favorite set for years to come. Everything about it oozes quality; I can't put in words the childish exuberance with which I opened the package and sifted through the contents. If you have any questions, shoot.

Also, you guys should know that you are an awesome community. I've only been here a few days (LP120 for Christmas!) and I already feel welcomed.

  The box set includes both albums - 1997 on silver vinyl, 2007 on white vinyl. It also includes a bonus single-sided 12" with the encore tracks on side A and an etching on side B, which comes on grey vinyl. It includes a 52-page photo book, a replica VIP-pass for the 2007 tour and a download card for both albums + a live video for Harder Better Faster Stronger. Not mentioned in the description, but from the picture it appears that the box also includes a slipmat.

You said "deluxe boxset"

The only place I found the boxset and it says "deluxe" is on the French version of Amazon. Does that mean that if you preordered your boxset from here (where it doesn't say "deluxe") that your boxset will not include the "Encore"?

I bought it on amazon with promo credit paid in full I didn't know I had.
