First-time poster! 22 (Asian) male here. Oily, acne-prone skin and also working on PIH. Like I said in the title, it took me a while to find a routine that didn’t break me out, and so far this seems to be working for me!

AM routine:

  1. Cosrx BHA: two pumps in the morning and leave it on for 30 minutes before applying anything else.
  2. Cosrx Snail Mucin: two pumps as well. I just recently added into my routine and seems to be helping with my scarring and PIH.
  3. TO Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%: two small drops and helps with the oiliness of my skin (thankfully this doesn’t break me out).
  4. Missha sunscreen: Korean brand, my mom got it for me when she was visiting Korea. Doesn't break me out, really lightweight. If you can't get it, I found the sunscreen from La Roche Posay worked well for me.

EDIT: the sunscreen can be found on amazon right here.

    PM routine:

  5. TO Retinol 1% in Squalane: not much to be said here, it’s retinol.
  6. TO Rose Hip Seed Oil: keep that skin hydrated.
  7. LRP Cicaplast Baume B5: it can be found in any pharmacy. It seems to be doing wonders for calming down acne and soothing my skin. Another recent addition.

Since adding the Cosrx Snail Mucin and LRP Cicaplast Baume B5, my PIH, scarring and skin texture seems to be getting better (perhaps I’ll post a picture in several months). If you have questions or concerns (hopefully I’m not mixing up anything too badly) feel free to leave a comment!

Hey guys, I just ran out of my face sunscreen and don't have a backup due to my own mistake of underestimating shipping time on my usual Biore Aqua Riche, which I really like.

So in the meantime I am hoping to get an AB product available on Canadian Amazon Prime. I found two Missha products - Safe Block Soft Essence Sun Milk and All Around Safe Block Soft Finish. I've seen this brand before and always wanted to try it.

I have fair skin that leans toward the dry side with my t-zone getting oily sometimes. Does anyone recommend one over the other/ have a preference? My skin isn't too fussy and can handle most products. Thanks in advance :)
