If you want a good book about a very obscure politician (I personally could talk for hours about this guy), try American Dreamer, a life of Henry Wallace. I've got it already and it's quite sufficient.
I've personally been looking forward to getting The Antifederalist.... This thing is the shortened version of all of the works by the Anti-federalists during the Constitutional Convention. They may have lost the battle on ratification, but they ended up winning the war of ideas for this country.

This is okay. There was a history channel documentary on him which was fascinating.
There actually is no definite real book on what went down during FDRs last days and Wallace as far as I know
