Are you in Canada? (correct me if wrong, but I think I remember us talking about something in a previous thread). But I agree with you, I don't typically see hoops as cheap as the person above is mentioning. Probably a US thing, stuff is so cheap there. Michael's does not have them that cheap except for maybe the tiniest (ie. 3 inch) ugly plastic one. I would say 5-6$ is more normal for wooden hoops here.
