Please check ingredients, but...

I'm a big fan of Andalou Naturals DIY Booster 30 SPF for every day Can be found here.

And this one for when I know I'll be outside a while, like with gardening.

Etude House Sunprise Mild Airy Finish Sun Milk is my first and thus far only HG product ... which thank goodness, because if there's going to be a product I REALLY like, I'm glad it's a sunscreen.

I don't think it's waterproof, but it ticks all the rest of your boxes. I tried the Biore once and thought it was ok, but I broke out a little bit after using it, so I stopped. That might have been a coincidence, though. At the time, I think it also took like a month and a half to get it through Amazon, although maybe there are better distributors now?

Otherwise, my only other comparisons are this Andalou Naturals sunscreen, and the physical and chemical Neutrogena sunscreens. The Andalou one was ok but a little greasy, and the physical Neutrogena was thick and goopy and left me greasy and white-tinged, and the Neutrogena chemical sunscreen left me shiny for at least 30 minutes and stung my eyes/tasted bitter if I accidentally got some on my lips.

The Etude House is thin, so it goes on easily. It takes all of 10 seconds to rub in. It leaves no white streaks or tint on my skin. It smells good (although the scent is perhaps a little strong.) It leaves my skin matte all day, and it doesn't break me out. It's the first and only sunscreen I've ever used that doesn't make me feel like I'm wearing sunscreen all day -- and I'm super sensitive to having stuff on my face, to the point that I hate wearing makeup because I can feel it on me all day.
