100% yes. Anker. There’s so many shit products out there. Anker consistently delivers in quality. I have 2 portable chargers from them and both are phenomenal. You do have to get a cord to plug into your phone, but they each come with a cord to charge and a carrying bag which is clutch:

You can get a different Anker power bank for cheaper, i just included that one because I got it on sale for like half off a few months ago, if that was included in your price, this model is cheaper. I shall let you know, or make a post eventually, on the comfort levels and which one seems more viable, cheaper, etc.
That more than meets the needs of the Quest. I am not personally familar with that brand. If I don't know the brand, I usually stick with items with the Amazon's Choice marker as that means that Amazon had not had a lot of returns on the item.

Also note that, as far as we can tell, the Quest will not take advantage of the power of a Quick Charge pack, so any 2.1A pack should be fine.
